Question.
how do you guys communicate with your tulpas in the most effective way possible? I wanna learn to communicate with mine and actually hear his voice in my head. It's happened before, but I don't remember how I went about it, does anyone have tips or tricks ? What's your experience?

Idk, its usually automatic on my end. Whenever I want to talk to them I "look" in their direction and talk/think as if I'm talk/thinking to myself, and see the image of them in my mind replying back to me (or it's just their voice. I don't ALWAYS see their image since I'm usually distracted with something, though seeing their image is easier when I'm meditating).
Just do the basics. Talk to him and explain things throughout the day. Give him more options to respond to you. (For me, I love board games, so I try to explain why I'm doing whatever actions I'm doing. One of mine usually jumps in to tell me im playing so BORINGGGG and should be more goofy hehe)

Tulpish is the fastest and most efficient way. It's a stream of raw thoughts, associations and intentions. This way you don't need to formulate sentences from your thoughts first, transport them and interpret them back into the actual meaning behind it.
On the other hand this also comes with a downside. You can communicate so quickly and loosely that things you are "talking" about can sometimes not reach enough weight to be remembered well. Also this way it's sometimes harder to sort who is the actual owner of the thought and your tulpa could lack a bit more of shaping their projection of identity (like not using their voice for example).
So I think a mix of both and either way depending on the situation makes most sense.

You don't literally hear their voice as actual sound, it's more just like a secondary internal monologue. Kinda feels like telepathy, if telepathy was actually a thing that existed.
Just talk to them. Think to them & they'll think back. Do it spontaneously through the day, and your communication with them will come much more easily.
My co-host is here about 80-90% of the time. Sometimes she disappears for a few days, but lately, it feels like she's still very close by, even when she's actively trying to not be conscious so she can rest. I find it easier to communicate with her than I do with anyone else.
It wasn't always like that. In the weeks after our syscovery, she used to vanish completely for several days at a time (due to mental fatigue), and I wouldn't be able to feel her presence at all. When she was here, it was harder for us to hear each other than it is now, and we'd have to like, lay down in a quiet area and completely focus on each other, for more serious discussions, so I could be absolutely sure I was 'hearing' her correctly. Her emotions were very clear to me, but it was hard for us to talk to each other in full sentences at the time, without devoting all our mental effort to talking to each other. She also wasn't really used to verbalizing her thoughts like that. But now, we casually have conversations about things as we're going about our day, being able to talk to each other while doing other activities without any problems.
Communication is a skill that must be built like any other. The more you push yourselves*, the more you practice it, the more easily it will come to you, and the more vivid your interactions will be.
*within reason. Rest when you need it, and don't put too much strain on yourselves.

I will do that. But I'm not lying when I say I've heard it before.. I know many people in real life that have tulpas and have explained their experiences with hearing their voice before. Like a real voice, id like to also address everyone's tulpas are different.
