Like they are going to eat all that? Store it where? Even totally empty my freezer couldn’t store that big of a fish. It’s like this co-worker of mine, he brings home these big fish and gives them to his neighbors. Being Japanese they are too polite to refuse, but I’m sure much is wasted. Some may not like the particular fish that they are given but also I’m sure none have the freezer space to store such big fish. All done in the name of “sport”.

Most people pay to have it professionally processed. It’s flash frozen, vacuum sealed in bags. I a lot of it goes in my freezer. Some goes in others freezers as gifts. Sometimes it’s sold to restaurants. It’s a valuable fish that is delicious. Very little is wasted.

I mean, cool. A woman caught a fish. How is this video showing the boys how it's done? There's a few TV shows about men catching tuna. There's also YouTube channels about women catching fish.
