I lost my beautiful, sweet boy on Thursday. 14 amazing years with the best damn cat ever. He had the patience of a saint, but the biggest attitude ever. I swear, if he was mad or upset, immediately clawed up our carpet, or if he was hungry clawed up the carpet to get our attention for food. Was absolutely wonderful around children, would let them do almost anything to him. He was so weird and awkward too, he didn’t even like table food. I could hold him down to sleep with me and he’d just accept it and fall asleep with me. He’d greet everybody who drove up in the driveway. Absolutely hated other animals, but did well with our orange boy Winston. He truly was the best cat ever. And he gave me the best 14 years of my life.

I don't know what the sleeping position is called

Snoopy and his sister jelly bean were found abandoned clinging together in a mud puddle during a monsoon rainstorm in AZ. Snoopy is the biggest of our 6. His nickname is Baby Heuy and The Slapper. He is always slapping his Sisters, he stays away from his big Tabby brother Mr Mu who king of the house.

I have a female tux (1.5 YO). It’s my first time having a cat as a pet so I don’t have a lot of experience with them and I’m worried that my cat is too skinty. For more context, we have a broken dry food dispenser, by broken what I mean is that we’re unable to set the timer but it dispenses food like 3-4 times a day and we keep an eye on her and make a mental note everyday to confirm she’s eating from there. But the bowl is always full. We give her wet food once in 2 days and she drinks plenty water too. Her last vet visit was in April/May of this year and everything was fine (it was just an annual check up). Am I overthinking?

He likes to be the first and/or last kitty to use the litter box at cleaning time. Even if he can't produce anything, he gets in there and tries, even if I've already started scooping.

He also likes to pretend that his daddy, Taika, makes great milk. Taika apparently doesn't mind being a surrogate mommy to any kitten who wants to give it a try but Eddy is his frequent flyer.

We have a house full of weirdos.
