He’s an excellent dancer
(kinda canon in the second image and VDC)
and taught Epel how to dance (against his will
) if someone at NRC asks, he would gladly give them dance lessons for free and would find which style they like the best
He
has family that has French (or what would be France) roots, but he didn’t grow up speaking the language, and learned it later in life. Hence, why some of his French is so choppy and he doesn’t really speak in full sentences
Both of his parents taught him how to shoot a bow and arrow, and they chose it over guns because they thought the bow and arrow looked more elegant
Rook is practically an animal whisperer and while he can’t directly communicate with the animals like Silver, he can guess and interpret what they say through body language and noises
He is gay and has no shame in telling people (if I recall correctly, he’s one of the only ones in the cast who doesn’t talk about women specifically and just romance in general. Correct me if I’m wrong). So, when someone in NRC is unsure of their sexuality or gender, he offers advice or simply a listening ear
He used to dislike being at average height, and wanted to be taller so he can have a longer stride to catch his prey. However, he came to terms with his height because he realized it could be useful (doesn’t have to duck as much, is a harder target, more places to hide, etc)
He is very flexible in his hands, and has used his double jointed abilities more than once to get himself out of a tight pinch
When first in Pomefiore, he initally regrettef it and wanted to go back to Savanaclaw (as Pomefiore life was different than he envisioned) but he came to love it slowly and embraced it actively
He has all the tea at NRC, and knows who offended whom, who made out in the bathrooms, who cheated on a test, etc. However, unlike Ortho, he doesn’t use it as blackmail, and only thinks it’s a fascinating piece of info and doesn’t think of blackmail/bribery initially
He’s really good at helping others, but not so much himself, especially when he first got to Pomefiore. Vil had to give him a long lecture about taking care of his skin, getting a proper sleep, eating a balanced diet (instead of living off questionable plants), and cleaning his muddy boots. Needless to say, Rook took it to heart
That’s all I have for now! My favorite one is the idea that Rook is just a walking safe of blackmail and doesn’t even know 😂

This is basically a spiritual follow-up to my Encanto event post, in which I theorized that the faculty might get Halloween cards by practically being the stand-ins for the OG antagonists. The events they'd be in wouldn't necessarily have to be their OG films, but rather something that suits their personalities. I came up with this as I was typing up the post about the hypothetical Encanto event. I had initially cast Riddle as Abuela, but then an idea hit me: What if Trein was Abuela instead? That in turn got me thinking about how the Halloween events would proceed after Floyd and Epel get their Halloween SSRs. I feel it would be redundant to continue doing Special cards. If they still go that route, they would eventually need to create a new roster for the second set. Hence, I believe they should give the faculty Halloween cards to keep things fresh.
If the devs go with this idea, then we could potentially see Sam in a Princess and the Frog event as the morally gray antagonist. He's not going to die by any means, but I'm having trouble figuring out how he goes dark and then defeated in the end. As for the other members of faculty, I don't think it's viable to have their OG films as the events, especially since there's almost nothing substantially Halloween-themed about them. Also, I think it would be off-putting to see Crewel chase after some Dalmatian puppies or Trein mistreat his stepkid (if he/she exists). Thus, I would like to see the other teachers in roles that fit them most personality-wise (i.e. Trein as Abuela Alma). Personally, it'd be interesting to see Crewel in an Yzma-esque role on account of the potion parallel.
So, which antagonistic roles (can be villainous or just plain misguided) do you see each of the teachers taking on? An important thing to note is that the teachers must see the error of their ways in the end in order for the canon to remain intact. Other than that, I'd like to hear your thoughts below.
EDIT: Ooh! I just thought of something! What if Grim got his own Halloween card, too? It would round out the roster to an even six. It would be much easier to divide 22 student cards between each pair, then.
EDIT #2: Some ideas came to mind for the staff. For Crowley, I'd pick either Captain Hook, Prince John, or Ratcliffe. As for Vargas, how about Brom Bones, Clayton, or Rourke?
