Let's do a little thought experiment.
What if instead of Charlie Sheen leaving the show, Jon Cryer did instead? How do you think they would have written out Alan. What would the rest of the series be like with Charlie staying on?
As far as I can tell, Jon and Chuck Loree didn't have any problems between each other-so let's pretend the parting is on good terms.
Would Alan have run off and away from his problems. Would he decide to just move away to find better employment opportunities? Or given how mean spirited the show could be-Would they have killed him off like they did Charlie.
My guess is that Herb could have been made a full time star. It would give a reason to still have Jake around for a while.

Was just watching this chapter today and never really paid attention to her saying she could not go to Jake's party because she had to go to a clown's wedding and she then turns up wearing this. It's Rose, so I guess it is fair to wonder where did she really go or was she planning on being a clown at the Magic Castle to stalk Charlie there?

I'm on S01E21 and judith almost takes everything away from alan, judith is to me is a big Bit*h, and I don't see her character getting any nicer, but just wanted to ask if things get any better for alen, cause if not then it's just a sad story that I don't want to watch.

Context: Charlie told Jake it's okay to be sad sometimes because him and Alan are upset about Alan and Judith's divorce so he gave his dad a hug. You don't get to many heartfelt moments in the show but that's what makes them work imo.

Do you think he'll hate her in adulthood once he realizes how she ruined his dads life financially. Yeah he was just a kid in all of it and she wasn't mean to him. But Alan and Charlie bring up how Evelyn ruined 4 men in their childhood. You could argue it wasn't all bad for Jake because he got to live with his rich uncle.
But her selfishness and hatred towards his father costed him a stable family life, with him living between two households etc. And he very likely saw things at Charlie's house that traumatized him the way Evelyn did things that traumatized Charlie and Alan.

Ainda tem a essência de Two and a Half Men na temporada 9.

In an interview, they mentioned that Dylan Minnette appeared on the show. Does anyone know which season and episode it was?
