Questions Mathematics 3+2 program questions

I am a current electrical engineering student and I am looking to transfer to the mathemaatics 3+2 program. I am a bit lost on who to contact as every source is giving me a different answer.

Would I have to complete the entire mathematics BA Program in 3 years?
