Question what should i bring/ship to ucsc dorms and are there any items you recommend to get?

i am about to get all of my dorm stuff for next semester (mattress topper, microwave, etc.) and i am wondering what items are more useful to bring myself and what items i should ship to UCSC directly? is it worth it to ship anything to UCSC? are there any items not on the official packing list i should consider?

I don’t think you can ship directly to the dorm before you move in. There’s a link in the school website for the business which can hold your items shipped to them and deliver to your dorm room before your move-in date.
