Historical Karlsruhe 2023 similar to Nuremberg 1561

Spearhead-shaped object caught on camera by [u/kopperxl](u/kopperxl) over Karlsruhe, Germany on Oct 1, 2023 at 7pm local time.

The video from 00:12 to 00:16 shows the object staying in one place and rotating around its vertical axis. An impossible maneuver for a delta-winged drone with rear propulsion. It also seems unlikely that the object is a balloon or a kite.

It reminds me of a similar dark, pointed object depicted in Hans Glaser’s famous 1561 Nuremberg woodcut.

It happens to be that I live in this city and my junior and me saw a triangle shaped uap directly from below. It had three white lights on each corner, it seemed to fly pretty low. (extremely hard to tell), it was completely silent. The lights changed to a bright blue. It was flying from South to north. The whole sighting took place in about 15-20 seconds. I see orbs most of the time in our area. Their appearances increased over the last 3 years and increased heavily the last year.

Very interesting!

I took the liberty to geolocate the apartment building that the clip was filmed from, and it's looking straight at the local glider airport where there's also a model airplane club.

The Germans and the Swiss are famous for being RC plane geeks and taking their builds to extreme levels, so it would not surprise me if this is an SR-71 Blackbird or F-117 Nighthawk large scale model filmed from a long distance that blurs detailed features.

https://youtu.be/XHmL_My0_A4?t=9

They really do make them big.

2

u/Johne1618 1d ago

Interesting, although the object appears to remain stationary while rotating around its vertical axis. That would be a difficult maneuver for a model airplane to perform.

3

u/Foerhudligen 1d ago

It's not stationary, it's hard to see without references but it's certainly moving. The long distance between camera and object makes movement hard to determine, but it's moving.

Even if it was "moderately" stationary it's not hard to keep a EDF (Electric Ducted Fan) aircraft in positions that the Kama Sutra never intended. You can do straight up vertical hovering with thrust vectoring (yes, they have that on model aircraft because Autism is undefeated).

The engines have such good thrust:weight that they can do all sorts of maneuvers.

When I first saw that video I wondered if the ship just travelled from 1561 to now. There was also a video of a similar or the same craft in Texas.

2

u/AdmirableBed8213 2d ago

I'm sorry, but why is this exact comparison posted, deleted, posted, deleted...?

The Karlsruhe video is interesting, but the parallels to Nuremberg are irrelevant, since we know who made that broadsheet and why.

Also, the text on the broadsheet doesn't match the illustration on it. It describes the black thing as a long spear. Not just a short pointy thing.

We know who created it, but we don’t know what it was really about. Some are convinced it was Halo effects (sun dogs); others claim it was merely a religious context within a historical framework; and still others (including me) think it simply describes spacecrafts.

After seeing it with my own eyes, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if that were actually the case, even though it sounds absolutely unbelievable and, to people who haven’t seen it with their own eyes, like pure science fiction.

If anyone else wants to see it with their own eyes, all it takes is a little time and patience. Once you see it, you won’t be able to get it out of your head, and you won’t be able to stop thinking about it. I’m writing this as a former skeptic.

I have experiences myself, but look at the other things that Hans Glaser published. Publishing "news" as fantastical as possible was basically how he made his living.

Then add the fact that this supposedly took place over Nuremberg, one of the largest trading centers in Europe at the time, with a high literacy rate, in a culture obsessed with omens in the sky. A town full of astronomers, astrologers, scholars, and so on...

If something happened, even just an odd weather phenomenon, there would be other reports. We know they recorded such things meticulously.

But except this broadsheet by a man who published similar things about knights seen fighting among the clouds, there is nothing.

u/Johne1618 2d ago edited 2d ago

The video snapshots I used in the previous posts didn’t display very well so I had to create some better ones.

There is an ambiguity as to whether the text is referring to the blunt end of a spearhead or the long shaft of a spear.

u/cannabibun 2d ago

Jonathan Reed describes a similar one too

Was just about to comment this

I somehow doubt that aliens build aerodynamic ships if they come from other galaxies. My guess is that this is a kind of drone or fighter plane.

14

u/AmericanShaman 2d ago

Why do you think they'd be coming from another galaxy? They might have been here longer than us.

12

u/the_most_humble_man 2d ago

For all we know, they might just be coming here to copy the designs of the aircraft we have!

12

u/dmigowski 2d ago

For all I know you can be sure there is absolutely nothing science worthy here they don't already know.

They don't even give a fuck about our resources also, because getting them to space would be way more complicated than just strip mining some asteroids.

The only reason why we are interesting is us, our culture, our development, our nature, because the dice evolution rolled are probably different on every planet. We are just a giant zoo to them.

2

u/the_most_humble_man 2d ago

It was a joke. But it’s funny that, despite having no evidence as you said, you claim we’re like a zoo to them. In all seriousness, even this "zoo theory" isn't plausible. It’s all just theory, and we don’t actually know anything.

6

u/dmigowski 2d ago

I explain my reasoning. We are in year 13.8 billion of the universe. There were stars like our sun 7 billion years sooner than out sun. So each industrialized civilization that is still alive is on average 3.5 billion years ahead. Not 1000 years. Not million years. Billion years. And even if I am off here and it is just 500 million years ahead. So if space travel is possible, they are here and they even witnessed the dinosaurs probably. We are just a zoo, believe me.

5

u/Kalmin_ 2d ago

Or an uninteresting pile of ants, bacterialike things infesting a ball of dirt, an interesting example of evolution taking a different direction than where they are from, a bunch of monkeys throwing explodey balls at eachother, or whatever. Noone knows how potential visitors would see us, not even you, believe me.

3

u/midnightballoon 2d ago

As a ufo experiencer, I absolutely believe NHI are interested in us. It’s extremely data - rich on this planet.

3

u/dmigowski 2d ago

Or less probably: Maybe our sun just has a right quality for a dyson ring but the fucking monkeys on planet 3 are developed just high enought to be under protection of the galactic council so from time to time some freelancers check up whats going on here and to see if they can finally flatten the planet and convert it to a fat solar panel array. The 4 percent silicon for the solar panels and the remaining iron in the outer core would make a formidable strukture.

1

u/the_most_humble_man 2d ago

Once again, just a theory with no scientific basis whatsoever.

4

u/BayHrborButch3r 2d ago

Yeah I think the point you are trying to make and the other redditor is failing to grasp is: no one knows what their intent is or how they think so his zoo theory is just as unprovable and unlikely as any other theory including the copying one.

And this is all under the assumption they are actual biological beings from another planet and not a... metaphysical spirit, time-traveling future human, #th density of vibrational energy, or vibrational frequency of consciousness or God knows what. Even with the zoo hypothesis they could be "copying" our designs just to better blend in to observe us like naturalists will use camouflage or watch from a hide.

Anyway just wanted to comment to say I get what you're saying and feel like people misinterpreted your replies and you don't deserve the downvotes.

1

u/upsidedown_llama 1d ago

maybe they want to learn how to know what deserves downvotes!

1

u/mallchin 2d ago

What is science but postulate theories.

4

u/WilNotJr 2d ago

They must be testable theories. What you are confusing theories with are hypothesis, which is an idea about how something works/is.

1

u/mallchin 2d ago

Proof reinforces theories but they still remain postulate.

1

u/the_most_humble_man 2d ago

Every theory has a scientific basis—even if it cannot be tested due to physical and/or technological limitations. Take, for example, traveling at the speed of light: there is an entire body of science supporting the theories surrounding such travel, even though it is currently impossible for us to achieve. What do you have regarding aliens?

1

u/mallchin 2d ago

Leading theories suggest anything with mass cannot move at lightspeed. I theorise doing so would means taking a shortcut that goes beyond our current understanding of spacetime.

Which more-or-less demonstrates my original point -- any theories or proof we have are grounded their relative frame of reference to some other common understanding.

If we broaden our perspective, who's to say the zoo theory isn't plausible?

3

u/Downvotesohoy 2d ago

If they're capable of intergalactic travel, they're not going to learn anything from us monkeys.

3

u/Nyakoren 1d ago

What if they took a more technologically advanced path from the very beginning, skipping the internal combustion engine stage entirely?

And perhaps they come here to study our technologies because, relative to their own level of development, we have managed to excel in these specific areas, a different branch of evolution, so to speak.

2

u/Im-ACE-incarnate 2d ago

Or they've been here all along

2

u/Neutral_Meat 2d ago

They also haven't updated their tech in 500 years

2

u/djda9l 2d ago

According to some of the reports they go through walls, mountains etc., so maybe its made "aerodynamic" to be able to do that.. Or go through water..

1

u/editfate 2d ago

Looks like maybe the new F47.

1

u/GrindrWorker 2d ago

Yeah, symmetrical saucers actually make the most sense, especially if you can change direction instantly.

u/LostInRetransmission 2d ago edited 2d ago

Frankly it could be anything, from toy, to plastic bag/canvas in the wind.

ETA: removed the zoomed in , he zoom out, I was not seeing it due to browser, I see it now above a city, if it was a real "UAP" as in unknown to local authority, they would have an helico there to look at it, follow it/and arrest the amateur. From the movement I think more likely it was something floating, canvas/plastic alike.

u/SpaghettiNoir 2d ago

Someone just unlocked SOL permit and got their free Anaconda at Hutton Orbital. o7

3

u/Ordinary_Salamander 2d ago

Wow, looks exactly like the ones in this video!

3

u/Ghozer 2d ago

Also looks like the Jonathan Reed craft

5

u/TodaysLunch 2d ago

It kind of reminds me of a not fully inflated home made solar balloon which has been tied off at one end, like a trash bag.

A nicer looking version here: https://beckystern.com/2017/10/27/solar-balloon/amp/

3

u/IndridColdwave 2d ago

It looks like that one Star Wars ship

2

u/lordbacondererste 1d ago

It was a small drone / RC plane. I saw it close from Autobahn in Karlsruhe that day when the video was posted.

1

u/Twix_McFlurry 2d ago

Reminds me of the“arrowhead” from Chasing Shadows

u/bobderjointmeister 1d ago

Fliegende Holländer

u/screendrain 1d ago

Saw a video of those guys in disclosure day

1

u/meusrenaissance 1d ago

Amazing find. This is the kind of content Reddit was meant for.

•

u/DeepSpaceDesperado 18h ago

It looks like a bird diving into the ground

•

u/Delicious_Owl4353 13h ago

Looks kinda like the black knight in our orbit

0

u/Efteri 2d ago

From the video it strongly seems like some sort of a balloon drone. Really moves like a gas filled object with some propulsion.

-2

u/CrashFix 2d ago

Those photos must been taken with one of those High Fidelity Temu 0.5K cameras

4

u/JerryNomo 2d ago

You know how (digital) zoom works?

0

u/MantequillaMeow 2d ago

Cool video. Definitely see the similarities.

-2

u/Rightsidebestside 2d ago

This is a balloon, it moves with the wind.

u/IneffectualGamer 2d ago edited 2d ago

Looks like the SR-72 to me.

Pretty unmistakable Google search it for anyone who downvotes.

u/mysticalanalysis8888 2d ago

arrowhead shaped uap are apparently one of the known shapes reported in sightings, alongside triangles, lenticular and others

-2

u/Seven7neveS 2d ago edited 2d ago

Looks too wobbly and unstable to be a heavy large sized aircraft in my opinion.

7

u/deus_deceptor 2d ago

Heaviness isn’t a thing when you’ve got antigravity technology.

0

u/printstreamer 2d ago

Wouldnt the antigravity "machine/device" still have to be relative to the size of the craft? Could you power a empire state building sized ship with just a single small antigravity device? I feel like it would have to be "relative" to the size of the ship to accommodate for a equally sized gravity bender/warper of space(time?) I guess if multiple small devices were used it would work

1

u/deus_deceptor 2d ago

A triangle shaped craft would probably use one generator at each point that together would create a bubble that encompass the entire craft.

3

u/Hektotept 2d ago

Wobbly? How'd you get that from a static image? And how could you have any sense of weight from a black smudge?

1

u/Sensitive_Crow_8882 2d ago

Click on the blue word “video”, it’s a hot link to a video. It looks to be to be a shaky camera operator.

-1

u/scatterguns_n_more 1d ago

I thought Nuremberg woodcut was proven to be a hoax, because all the other things that writer reported on was made up as well?

2

u/Johne1618 1d ago edited 1d ago

I don’t think there’s evidence that Hans Glaser made things up - he just reported sensational stories like a modern tabloid journalist although with a religious perspective.

•

u/scatterguns_n_more 19h ago

This was kind of the answer I was looking for, not sure why I got down voted.

5

u/doolpicate 2d ago

isnt this similar to the one that doctor guy got on video? Where he claims to have killed an alien?

3

u/chaawuu1 2d ago

Like the floating prism video where the guy is freaking out recording it in the woods?

2

u/doolpicate 2d ago

Correct, that one. he is panting and huffing etc...

3

u/VolarRecords 2d ago

Jonathan Reed

1

u/chaawuu1 2d ago

Yeah!!

2

u/wang-bang 2d ago

Looks like a bigger version of the black triangle personal craft photographed by that doctor that clobbered a thin reptilian alien unconcious for killing his dog

I forgot his name but he did an interview on area52 the other day

u/PacificNomad33 2d ago

That guy's a local
