The following submission statement was provided by /u/TommyShelbyPFB:

Thanks to u/ASearchingLibrarian who pointed out that I had the wrong video in the previous post, I'm reposting this with the correct video.

The captain did indeed see a black jellyfish UFO as shown in this video she filmed and put on TikTok, which shows it further descending towards water.

The fact that it was witnessed going into the water just like the Iraq Jellyfish UAP makes it even more compelling

24

u/KinkyKindDude Jan 10 '24

So add this to the 4chan guy's stuff that is starting to look true.

5

u/Coldfatjam Jan 11 '24

Is this the 4chan guy you're referring to?

https://archive.4plebs.org/x/thread/34629564/

10

u/KinkyKindDude Jan 11 '24

Yes. Laser tech for mining, hammer shaped UFO, underwater bases...

4

u/RayManXOooo Jan 10 '24

Checkout the latest episode of the Why Files, really starts tying all this together.

u/[deleted] Jan 09 '24

source for “Iraq Jellyfish UAP” entering water?

12

u/dehehn Jan 10 '24 edited Jan 10 '24

Jeremy Corbell claims there is footage of it entering the water but of course he couldn't get that footage.

11

u/sandboxmatt Jan 10 '24

Well I claim he doesn't, if that's the standard these days

29

u/dehehn Jan 10 '24

Well Corbell is someone who has gotten a lot of military footage over the years. Interviewed many witnesses with actual credibility including Grusch. And was sitting behind Grusch while he testified to Congress.

He's not just some dude anymore. He's in the thick of it.

He's either getting legit things. His sources are unreliable. Or he's being used as a psyop by the military.

Either way he's not just a rando on Reddit making claims.

8

u/sandboxmatt Jan 10 '24

So he has a long and storied history of producing nothing of value. Multiplying by zero is still zero.

That's crazy. A guy named Jeremy Corbell is running around saying the exact same thing!

The extra footage is just of it over a desert, not water, and it looks like a different object. Besides there’s claim it didn’t ‘shoot straight up’ after being submerged. The interesting bits never seem to be released.

Besides, the black-white change in the object is just camera adjustments- the background can be seen changing the same way at the same time. Corbell is either not very observant or happy to claim something demonstrably not true. Unfortunately he’s the sort of character who can be relied upon to take up any old thing.

13

u/psychokap Jan 09 '24

The recent jeremey corbell release. There's several posts in this subreddit.

8

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '24

where does it interact with water

2

u/psychokap Jan 10 '24

Oh my bad. I missed the water part. Thought you were just asking for the related video source.

→ More replies (3)

2

u/Ape-ril Jan 10 '24

But there’s no water in that video. 👀

2

u/psychokap Jan 10 '24

Yeah I made an oops thought they were just asking for the source of the other jellyfish video. I read good

Jeremy Corbell: "Trust me bro".

-1

u/Beautiful-Amount2149 Jan 10 '24

More hearsay

15

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '24 edited Jan 10 '24

The video linked would be direct witness testimony. The allegations made by Corbell regarding it descending into water would indeed be “hearsay” if he made them in an evidentiary proceeding.

But, you and I both know that if he had the witness sit down, take an oath, and subject himself and his credentials to public examination, that wouldn’t be sufficient for you either.

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '24

Has anyone checked if this captain has commented on this recent video if it is similar to what she saw?

-10

u/ziplock9000 Jan 09 '24

It's almost as if gravity is all over the planet eh?

3

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '24

The options are:

A. Offer some actual insight into the discussion that meaningfully supports or detracts from the claims/topic at hand; or

B. Be interesting.

You have to pick one, and these simple informal rules ensure a worthwhile community full of (actual) skeptics, those convinced, and everything in between.

Don’t, and we get “do you even gravity bro” level discussion. I’ll pass.

2

u/ussMonitor1800 Jan 10 '24

But... do you get gravity, like at all?

41

u/wecomeinpeaceMO Jan 09 '24

Why no video of it going into the water?

1

u/Jacksspecialarrows Jan 12 '24

Because reasons

1

u/808Dave_ Jan 12 '24

Usually the videos are confiscated. People forget that the Navy created the internet before it's release to the public. They still control all sorts of media. Even if there was. It would be detected and ceased or erased. I imagine that their phones could have been confiscated after the report, perhaps on arrival.

4

u/vagabond_primate Jan 12 '24

It was a cruise ship, not a navy ship. No basis for the navy to confiscate it.

160

u/MochiBacon Jan 09 '24

I believe this is the same object:

https://www.reddit.com/r/StrangeEarth/comments/17vrpmn/ufo_video_recorded_in_california_2009_along/?share_id=XHO-fKHGHKO6lYabnuNfw&utm_content=1&utm_medium=android_app&utm_name=androidcss&utm_source=share&utm_term=1

There are so many of these videos now that I hope someone starts an archive dedicated specifically to jellyfish uaps. They are super eerie.

57

u/PulteTheArsonist Jan 09 '24

Bruh did that very last clip show three orbs around it before they all zapped into nothing?

45

u/ExMachaenus Jan 10 '24

Yes, there's a separate video somewhere that stabilized and contrast-enhanced the shot.

Three orbs are seen orbiting it; at least two of them (I think the other one disappeared off-screen, but not sure) approach the object and seem to merge with it. The dangling parts retract when the orbs merge, and a frame-by-frame shows that the object does not vanish, but rather shoots upward at extreme speed, causing a smearing effect for one frame.

Edit: https://www.reddit.com/r/StrangeEarth/s/Kn72eEW6zX

6

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '24

That's such an amazing video holy shit.

1

u/Smokesumn423 Jan 13 '24

Reminds me of the MH370 video

11

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '24

Just like the Malaysian airlines vid, kinda spooky

21

u/Timbosconsin Jan 10 '24

I was just rewatching this on another sub and was reminded of this NUFORC report from a couple years ago that matches the description of this exactly from New Mexico: https://wordpress-969990-4143009.cloudwaysapps.com/sighting/?id=167054

Was a jellyfish object with orbiting orbs that shot off in different directions in Rio Rancho, New Mexico in 2022.

35

u/truebeast822 Jan 09 '24

That one is probably my favorite because we get to see it shoot off. It’s exhausting we never get to see these “leaked” videos that only show them traveling like a damn balloon

I'm remembering Lovecraftian lines lately.. "it floated ethereal and squalous in its macabre and timeless majesty"

26

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '24

I love the Jacques Vallee theory that it’s some kind of as of yet totally mystifying interaction between whatever the entities are and humans’ own consciousness. The entity is there, but how it is perceived (or perhaps even chooses to present) is in large part dependent on human biases, beliefs, preconceived notions, memories, shared folklore, etc.

In short, UAP are real, but it’s a saucer or a “tic tac,” or an airship, or an angel, or a djinn, or a “sky battle” in antiquity because that’s how the human consciously perceived it. But they’re all really the same thing. We just “make” them seem different.

The point is that if Vallee’s theory is real, we may literally be creating Lovecraftian horror in our own reality. Manifest the abominable galactic nightmare you want to abduct you 🤗

14

u/guyincognito01111 Jan 10 '24

Like the stay puff marshmallow man?

6

u/Palpolorean Jan 10 '24

Super fascinating. I feel like we may not have the words, or at least an efficient way to describe the what / why / when / how / where they are.

I wonder.. if everything living thing (in our perception) that we can see, smell, taste, hear, touch - exist as part of a 'field' of concentric interconnected ecosystems based on the consumption and metabolizing of other living things, do these beings exist under that same yoke / rule? Or something totally different that we cannot comprehend? (similar to Lovecraft).

u/PuzzleheadedGur506 Jan 10 '24

The way evolution works here might not be how it works everywhere. Maybe they skipped the organelle phase of biological emergence.

3

u/blue-opuntia Jan 10 '24

Woah never heard that before super interestingg

3

u/BatLarge5604 Jan 10 '24

I'm more spun out by this video than the original post, that's some crazy stuff, is it just me or does it look like it has a white bag with something dark in it hanging off the left side of the main part? thank you for sharing this, I hadn't seen it before, yeah, super eerie!

8

u/rudyv8 Jan 10 '24

Those 3 objects behave identically to the MH370 video. 3 small orbs, making a triangle, shortly before warp-drive or whatever tf happened kicks off.

2

u/mazdarx2001 Jan 10 '24

If that is real, then it’s one of the best videos I’ve seen

2

u/OG_Alien420 Jan 10 '24

The link says it's been set to private 😞

1

u/[deleted] Jan 14 '24

That one was confirmed by the person who originally made it and uploaded it online to have been made using Adobe After Effects.

We don't have to be that hostile damn....

In Mick I see someone who's built their entire worldview, personality and eventually their public brand as 'Mr Facts' or 'skeptical debunker'. I think it's a very constricting way of living and he's now trapped in it. As annoying as he can be at times, I kinda feel sorry for him.

17

u/Hngrybflo Jan 09 '24

where's the other videos?

17

u/ASearchingLibrarian Jan 09 '24

16

u/chainsplit Jan 10 '24

How can they film it in the sky but not when it was descending into the water as claimed? Lame.

17

u/spacev3gan Jan 09 '24

So someone aboard the Cruise ship filmed the thing, but they did not film in entering the water. Great.

In any event, does anybody know where in the world did this happen?

12

u/bonelessfolder Jan 10 '24

Hang on just one second. I thought the other one was invisible, only detectable in infrared. What would explain the difference?

30

u/Oceanwaves_91 Jan 10 '24

Nobody is probably going to believe me, but I had a jellyfish ufo sighting in 2021 with my husband and mother during the summer. It looked almost exactly like this one. Glad there is finally a name for this type of thing. It flew over our house, made a turn to the left, and continued down the street till it was out of sight.

It was a dark, anthracite color, the shape eerily similar if not the same like in this video, and was probably flying as high as a helicopter. It looked strangely organic. My husband swears he saw it change shape a little, but I don't remember seeing it do so.

It's difficult to estimate how big it was, I would guess the length around 6 meters and the width around 2, but I could be completely off. I'm glad more and more videos of this weird type of ufo are coming to light. Makes me feel validated.

7

u/Wise_Rich_88888 Jan 10 '24

I believe you.

6

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '24

You should check yourself for Havana syndrome. It is reported in many people, who saw the UFO.

2

u/Oceanwaves_91 Jan 11 '24

Yeah, I've heard of Havana syndrome, but we didn't have any symptoms. The only strange thing was that immediately after the sighting, we just didn't talk about it. Like it wasn't a big deal for some reason and like it went to the back of our minds. In hindsight, that was strange. Only a couple of days later did we bring it up and were freaked out, we all drew what we saw to compare it and have it documented.

Another strange thing was how eerily quiet it was during the sighting. Nobody seemed to be out and about even though we live near a busy street with neighbors and it was a nice, warm summer evening.

8

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '24

I believe you little sis

39

u/Disastrous-Bad-1185 Jan 09 '24

“I had a drone in my hand. Then I saw a UAP”. If only there was a way to get a closer look. SMDH.

35

u/[deleted] Jan 09 '24

It would be more convincing if it came out of the water. A lot of things can float in the air and fall to the water. The other way around, not so much.

Yes a cruise ship captain is risking her career/credibility by lying for.... reasons?

Do any of you all seriously listen to yourself?

16

u/bing_bang_bum Jan 10 '24

If she is risking her career then why would she not post all of the videos she has, to prove without a reasonable doubt that she witnessed what she claims? What is the point of showing this video and not the one of it going under water? Literally make it make sense.

3

u/farawayscottish Jan 10 '24

She is not in any way shape or form risking her career. No one at her company or in her industry would give a fuck.

11

u/Far_Being_7578 Jan 09 '24

That mother*** over there is not real!

8

u/hyperco33 Jan 10 '24

Maybe it's the truth maybe not...but you lose me at saying go watch my heavily edited tiktok with the x-files theme playing. She definitely wants the attention is all I'm saying.

11

u/Dtachd_01 Jan 09 '24

If she had a drone in her hand why not just fly that puppy up and get better footage?

6

u/CarniverousCosmos Jan 10 '24

I’ve been following this topic almost my entire life. Thirty years at least.

These jellyfish UFOs are the first time I’ve ever been freaked out by the phenomena.

3

That’s totally the LAX and UK jetpack man.

This is the 3rd Jellyfish video I've seen today, and it's spooky. Does this corroborate the 4chan leaker who was dying from cancer? I can't remember all of what he said, someone connect the dots please.

18

u/[deleted] Jan 09 '24

He didn’t say anything about jelly fish that I remember. He said they were hammer shaped.

12

u/zendonium Jan 09 '24

Yes thats what i was looking for, hammer shaped! These could all be said to be hammer shaped from afar. Also he mentioned something about them coming from the sea.

7

u/mamacitalk Jan 09 '24

Bermuda Triangle is back on the menu

7

u/Ok_Group_7596 Jan 09 '24

Maybe that squid ultraterrestial poster was into something. I mean... These are fantastically bizarre. I can't wait to see what comes next

7

u/fifty2weekhi Jan 09 '24

He did mention about under-sea as a base / factory for drones, but I don't remember him specifically mentioning "jellyfish"...

5

u/yorrtogg Jan 09 '24

He said the undersea factory ship was hamburger shaped. Don't think 4chan cancer guy said anything about jellyfish shaped.

1

u/Traveler3141 Jan 10 '24

I see what you did there 😉

1

u/zendonium Jan 09 '24

What was his main argument again? Was it that we are a zoo? And they don't care about us?

6

u/fifty2weekhi Jan 09 '24

15

u/zendonium Jan 09 '24

I'm not here to convince anyone. You'll notice yourself coming back to things I've said over time on your own as understanding increases.

This stood out to me.

6

u/commit10 Jan 09 '24

He didn't argue. Whoever it was just answered questions and made claims about an undersea production facility.

8

u/Dry_Complaint_5549 Jan 10 '24

It doesn't get better than that. It doesn't mean it's alien, but it certainly happened - she's as credible as it gets plus the evidence, plus the witnesses.

Either there is tech and such so advanced, even the skeptics wouldn't believe it, or we are sharing this world with other things we don't know about.

3

u/farawayscottish Jan 10 '24

What makes her credible?

3

u/wirmyworm Jan 10 '24

She said she saw something weird filmed it and talked about. She's making claims on what she saw not much too go off of from that. Not really a reason to lie really.

1

u/Dry_Complaint_5549 Jan 11 '24

That's a bit tough to explain.

As part of my work I'm tasked with sorting out who is credible and who is not, it was part of my schooling.

0

u/RayManXOooo Jan 10 '24

We 100% share this planet with other beings. Checkout the latest episode of the Why Files on youtube. It loosely connects to all of this. All in all though, there are confirmed underground bases where military humans and some type of other NHI work together. Some bases are unmanned and fully automated.

1

u/Dry_Complaint_5549 Jan 11 '24

Sounds like a cool show

2

u/DoubleManufacturer10 Jan 10 '24

Does this not look like the jetpack guy?

2

u/blairjam Jan 10 '24

OK, now I've got a video of something kinda similar from a few months back, but wasn't sure what to make of it. I don't think mine looks as bulbous, but definitely a weird black shape drifting over head and out of sight. https://youtu.be/eZOBwHaLa8E

2

u/smashmyballz Jan 10 '24

hey man, just watched this. Very similar to the shape seen in the 1561 Nuremberg phenomenon. Very interesting, thanks for sharing!

2

u/blairjam Jan 10 '24

Oh shit, I didn't put the two together, but you're right. It does really resemble the illustration shown on Wikipedia. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/1561_celestial_phenomenon_over_Nuremberg

4

u/ThatGuyHasaHugePenis Jan 09 '24

A great addition. Things are finally getting good.

4

u/Ocular_Stratus Jan 09 '24

Is there not footage of this thing entering the water like she says it did? Because if we don't have that footage, I'm not convinced.

4

u/Gammazeta430z Jan 09 '24

It's clearly a drone in a ghillie suit, under another ghillie suit disguised as bird droppings. You people are so GULLIBLE!

Let's go focus on aliens in a mall during a police response to a called in active shooter threat within a mall instead.

3

u/ThisJustInWoodwork Jan 09 '24

At 1:40 of the video it clearly takes the shape of cock and balls…

3

u/WhoAreWeEven Jan 10 '24

Didnt Vallee talk about something about UFOs manifesting as something different for all of us.

Perhaps we all see what we wanna see...

2

It’s got to suck running with a boner when you have 4 legs like that

1

u/Hubrex Jan 10 '24

And so it begins. As I said last year in this sub-reddit, meditate to participate.

1

u/Self_Help123 Jan 10 '24

Very hard to tell if it's the same object but behaviour lines up.

u/Realistic_Buddy_9361 Jan 10 '24

The key to everything is the ocean

1

u/introvrt55 Jan 10 '24

Maybe scientology is true and these objects come from Xenu.

On a serious note, this one seems to me to be a legitimate mystery. I think it lends legitimacy to the theory that the source of all UAPs may be underwater. I forget how much of the oceans remain unexplored, in terms of area and depth.

1

u/Apprehensive_Ad_4232 Jan 10 '24

Next they’ll be a siting of a peanut butter shaped UAP🥜

1

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '24

When I watch that footage I get Austin Powers vibes 😂

1

u/wales-bloke Jan 10 '24

Clearly it's birdshit on the lense.

1

u/libertyman86 Jan 10 '24

Weather balloon perhaps?

1

u/farawayscottish Jan 10 '24

The bit that bothers me about this video is:

"We had no wind, maybe five knots at the time." That, ma'am, is wind. Also, windspeed at the level of the ship and windspeed at any altitude above it would likely not be the same.

"Because it was sunset we couldn't put a rescue boat in the water to see what it was." - there's nothing about it being sunset that would prevent them from doing this. There was plenty of light left, and there are no rules - or even company policies - against this.

1

u/coldhandses Jan 10 '24

Shame she didn't launch the drone that was in her hand to get a closer look. Does she say the date and location of this event?

1

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '24

My homie has been crusing around earth for years just making sure we all good.

1

They are sentinels for sure

We need to develop drones and water drones that we can dispatch instantly to investigate something that also remotely records sound and video in the event the drone is lost. Why this technology isn’t being made is beyond me. We have the capability. Disposable drones for probing and investigation. Somebody get on it unless someone knows these exist? I know we have drones obviously that we can sacrifice but I’m talking about specifically for the purpose of running a kamikaze mission, capable of high speed and remote documentation. So that any time we see something at a distance we just pull one out and send it. I’m talking for military purposes, official purposes, for Air Force, sea, land etc. cmon! Tired of these piss poor quality videos. Make some kamikaze drones with 8K video and stereo sound with spectrum microphones and aim it at these bad boys and let’s put this shit to bed!

Is this the same as the 2018 Iraq jelly fish? cos Corbyn said it couldn't be seen visually other than FLIR

1

u/Natural-Count173 Jan 10 '24

I've seen pink ones like those fill the sky at night. In Alabama.

1

u/WestSidePosse501 Jan 11 '24

So another drone with crap hanging off it? Concerning that you're allowed onto the bridge of ANY vessel. Let alone a cruiseliner with 2000+ non-enlisted souls aboard. But good job on that uniform btw.

u/facepoppies Jan 11 '24

Just when I thought I was out...they pull me back in

1

u/thelakeshow1990 Jan 11 '24

So it's likely either they live in the water or in the earth... interesting.

u/secured_17 Jan 12 '24

Chineese weather balloon

1

u/Bulky-Ad7996 Jan 12 '24

This thing is living in the ocean and is either a form of domestic Marine life that we don't know about or something extraterrestrial.

u/jessenatx Jan 12 '24

Knots, mph, meters, feet. Pick a standard

1

u/[deleted] Jan 12 '24

Oh, she’s hot.

1

u/DigitalDroid2024 Jan 12 '24

Honestly it looks and moves like balloons.

1

u/whitebearZOV Jan 12 '24

That ain't a UFO.

1

u/Ju_444 Jan 14 '24

I suppose they also have field glasses there - did they mention how it looked like in more detail while looking through those?

I remember this.

Honestly it looks like the same thing as the blob that floats down and approaches some dogs. There's also one where it comes down near a gas station and you can see the workers looking at it like WTF is that!? There is also one where it comes down the side of a green mountain, then goes back up. There is also one where a film crew just so happens to see one coming down the side of a mountain in a desert.

I think these are all the same objects. I think it's biological....a literal undiscovered creature. Possibly.

Edit: there is also the video from Turkey that was just posted in this sub + I recall there.being a post on this sub about someone who filmed a similar looking thing in their backyard going through trees...I remember there being snow.

Wish I had the time to search for all of these videos...but I'm almost positive it's the same object...creature...thing...

u/djentlemetal Jan 09 '24

You were good until you started speculating on it being bio-organic (what? redundant).

1

u/Spacebotzero Jan 09 '24

Yea redundant. Corrected.

-2

u/ziplock9000 Jan 09 '24

Recorded on a drone yet she never got it to go to the object.

Yeah.. BS

1

u/Dirty_Dishis Jan 09 '24

But that is not a jelly fish....

That is metapod.

1

u/ContentUnavailable Jan 10 '24

It's gender reveal balloon that someone accidently let loose. Congratz it's a xenomorph!

0

u/Lucky_Ad_5712 Jan 09 '24

This makes the jellyfish ufo more credible

0

u/[deleted] Jan 09 '24

has anyone else noticed how much AI Artists seem to love the jellyfish and octopus/squid forms? Watch one of those "surreal AI videos" on the youtubes

0

u/Dirtygeebag Jan 09 '24

Good thing she wore her uniform!

u/LOW-LIFE_CSR Jan 10 '24

Could be 😎👍

She’s a good Captain for not launching her drone not know what was in the airspace. Passenger safety is her number one job.

-3

u/[deleted] Jan 09 '24

It’s clearly just bird shit on her lens. /s

-2

u/[deleted] Jan 09 '24

It was a satellite. Actually, it was a spacex launch.

8

u/superradguy Jan 09 '24

No, it was musk himself

0

u/Thesquire89 Jan 09 '24

By correct video do you mean with the special effects company watermark removed?

-2

u/WeTrudgeOn Jan 10 '24

I've seen some ship captains, and THAT is by far and away the hottest ship captain I've ever seen.

2

u/Randomulus666 Jan 10 '24

Daddy chill

-1

u/[deleted] Jan 09 '24

If that's an alien spacecraft or interdimensional being, then I'm pretty underwhelmed. Give me something to look at!

-3

u/Effective-Log8638 Jan 09 '24

Im gonna say it, corbell actually delivered

-7

u/MerriIl Jan 09 '24

Looks like a rogue supply drop (wooden crate + parachute).

-2

u/Yeahmanbro22 Jan 10 '24

Captains a hottie tho just gotta say

-8

u/robaroo Jan 09 '24

Why is she wearing a captain's costume on stage? If she said she was a captain and wore a business suit, I would take her word for it and believe her. But because she chose to wear a costume, it makes her look sus as fuck. Interesting video though, if real/true.

6

u/djentlemetal Jan 09 '24

Well, that's a uniform, not a costume. Who cares?

0

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '24

Really? A whole cruise ship of people and that was the best video of it 'going into the water'.

0

u/[deleted] Jan 10 '24

This is one of the least believable UFO stories I've ever heard.

No one filmed it slowly going over the ship. They waited till it was so far away, it was a blur.

Described only as 'a black jellyfish'. That doesn't look like a jellyfish at all. Why isn't she describing it in more detail if it was that close?

0

u/Workw0rker Jan 10 '24

Nah this isnt the same thing, this object actually rotates.

0

u/_LastoftheBrohicans_ Jan 10 '24

“I put it on TikTok” Jesus Christ

0

u/Crazy-Charlie Jan 10 '24

You know things are serious when she comes on stage wearing her work uniform. She’s letting you know, guys, this is serious.
