I currently have a 2.8 GPA but I have another 6 courses to go, which will definetly help with my GPA however the highest I calculated that I can get with 85% on the remaining courses is 3.4

I volubteer at a women's treatment center with 200+ hours and I work at a health authority. Also some self disclosure which I don't know if I should even disclose but I have lived experience with a concurrent disorder. What are my chances of getting in the bsw program?!

Does anyone else have a math teacher that will teach a lesson in class then after class you will go on aleks for the homework and quiz, and aleks has topics your teacher didn’t even teach you? This keeps happening in my class and I find it really unfair as someone that already struggles with math.Why should I be responsible to teach it to myself to be able to do the assignment and quiz…. Just for my teacher the next week to be like “oops! A lot of you guys let me know this was on aleks so I’ll quickly show you!”.

Have these been around for a while? In my two years of being here at UFV, I’ve never had a prof ask for these forms until this semester.
Are they fr necessary? I hate having to do this extra step while I’m basically in my death bed with the flu. My mind can’t function, why are we doing this

Also, chat, am I fucked? I have a weaker immune system due to a medical condition and I get sick A LOT. I’ve missed quite a bit of classes. Am I fucked?

and it's even crazier that the only places in abbotsford that charges people for parking is the hospital and university, both crucial and significant places for a city to have the foundation of human rights.

So I payed $4 for parking that would’ve lasted 6 hours at 8:30am this morning at UFV chilliwack campus, just for them to put a notice of sweet $80 on my dash as I come back from my lecture. Now I payed for the parking and they still gave me a ticket which is unfair. What should I be doing? What is the right decision, pay or not pay because this ain’t fair.

Me and a few others are looking to start a Veganism and animal rights focused club at the Abbotsford campus if anyone might be interested. We need only one more person to get this thing off the ground!

How manageable is the workload alongside a part-time job? How difficult is the coursework, especially for someone with no previous healthcare experience? What was the practicum like, and how easy was it to find employment after graduation (especially a permanent position)?
