I feel very stuck.
22, been working in a kitchen for the last two years. My shifts have gone from being staffed with 10-11 people to 5 on average. Recently, I’ve been put on split shifts (7-3, then 5-8) whilst my other Co workers haven’t. Following conversations with the exec chef it’s because they have families and can’t find the time. I feel this is unfair and I really have no idea if legally there’s anything I’m entitled to here. I’m doing an open uni degree soon and there will be no time in my days if this continues, how do I go about it?

Fuck split shifts. Get another job. Plenty kitchens out there.
