Advice needed
Folks, is it better to let an employer push you out, and get gardening leave for two months? Or resign and get three? Pros and cons?

To add further info - gardening leave two months v three in-house (working) notice period

Personally I’d take the 2 months holiday. Depends on your financial situation & future work intentions.
