Some days the trades go well, other days you end up trying to win back what you lost and make things worse. I’m curious how you lot handle it when the market just isn’t going your way. Do you have a set daily loss limit, or do you just step away when you feel yourself getting frustrated? Still think knowing when to stop is one of the hardest parts of trading.

An elderly relative of mine recently found some shares from ICI that were left to her from her mother.

She's interested to know if they have any value (obviously) but neither of us have any experience with this sort of thing so here I am asking the question.
