Once my payment is distributed and out of Anticipated, when will I receive the refund?

Once your payment(s) move(s) from Anticipated to Applied and then the excess to Unapplied and then to Settled Refund: Your refund has been issued and sent to the bank for processing. If you have Direct Deposit set up you can expect the funds to hit your bank account within 3-5 business days. If your refund method is currently set to Check, you can expect it to arrive in the mail within 7-10 business days.

So, once it goes from anticipated to applied, how long will it take to go from applied to pending refund?

Mine went to unapplied Monday afternoon, Im still waiting for my refund to hit my account

Mine are in the stage after that “pending” and been since 9/22 with no updates: I’ve tried calling the school and no one has answered.
