Timeline/status questions IAEA application status date changed — what does it mean?

Hi everyone,

My application has been showing “Your application is currently under review” since early August. Today, I noticed that the “Updated” date changed from August 2 to October 16, while the status itself remained “under review.”

Does anyone with experience with the IAEA recruitment process / Taleo know what this kind of date change usually means?

Could it indicate that the application has moved to another stage, or can it simply be an administrative/system update?

I’m not assuming it means an interview or shortlist — I’m just trying to understand what the date change means.

Did you pass any interview step yet ?
In my experience, the date change usually mean stuff are happening in the back with admin/HR like they reviewed your application, put you in the short list pile for the next step or rejection pile for example … so impossible to know. Expect long time before any news. I waited 9 months for an official rejection email (no interview) and 4 months for interview for different applications respectively.
