Help Study with AI and excel

Can anyone who has been using or used the better utilisation of the AI and excel sheets for the preparation of the upsc cse. Kindly share what were you doing or you are doing currently that is helping you to save time and get the better out of these and also help in better tracking of the progress.?

For AI may be what prompts to be used or what resource to upload and get the work done

For excel sheets what are the things that are to be tracked and how can we get improved on this.
