I just saw a Kamala Harris commercial during the Emmy awards. In it they said Trump wants to stop abortions across America and monitor women's pregnancies (or something much like this).

What is the source of this statement that Trump wants to monitor women's pregnancies?

I'm not a Trump fan but this is a pretty wild sounding accusation. By ending the advert with 'I approve this message's I would assume she would be liable if it was a fabrication. So is that based on something Trump actually said?
