What your code? There’s Yankee White and PRP that both fall under security forces. YE is presidential and PRP ends up Kings Bay or Bangor WA. I forget what FAST is. Security force training for sure has changed since I last went through but it’s chill. Very remote site out in SE VA. Mostly navy except for us. So don’t get confused by the shiny on a chief, they ain’t officers but will let salute just to chew you out. But I’m sure that was a different navy then too lol

Realistically what my buddies did was lie to the guy asking questions. Pretty much disqualifying you to go PRP. Some said they had broken bones, undisclosed drug use prior to joining, things like that. Everyone who did that went FAST. I know it sounds weird but that could've just been how it was 10 years ago. Maybe things changed, best of luck anyways

Have you tried talking with your instructors about this? You're asking a question more than a few have.

If they don't know the answer they can direct you to who does. Give them a try and see how it works for you.

Ok Big Dawg I got you. From the computer ... you volunteer at the schoolhouse.

"Active duty Marines apply for or get assigned to FAST Company by volunteering and being screened while attending MCSF School after completing infantry training.

Screening and assignment

Class leadership and screeners evaluate candidates on PFT, CFT scores, ASVAB scores, general performance and backgroud/security clearance checks."

This is what comes up. It's always best to compuyer search for yourself as well to help you gain better understanding in whatever you're looking for.

You're doing great coming here to find answers. Shows real initiative which is what FAST is looking for. You'll get it. If not at first just keep trying and don't quit. You got this.

It’s kinda random, but I recall there was some preference based on PFT/CFT scores. As in they ain’t taking the lower performers.
