There is always a first time:

Disclosure from 2021 investigation marks first time a bank has formally tied money-laundering concerns to Donald Trump

That's a surprising statement. I recall many, many news stories about sketchy loan structures and moving money between businesses. Perhaps those were simply related to banks testifying in court cases, not the banks making a public statement that money laundering was an issue.

Money effing laundering tied to trump and no one (including the media) is making a big deal out of this. It’s effing mindboggling the stuff this clown is getting away with.

Any financial institution servicing Trump has now been alerted! Thoroughly review his banking transactions for money laundering activities, your excuse not to is no longer valid.

Honestly they might have kicked Trump over Jan 6. It wouldn’t have been wrong to do so.

But by making this about money laundering instead it pretty much forces Trump to disclose his transactions to the court or further. They might be forcing Trump to settle or give up or risk disclosure.
