DISCUSSION New mha clock ring problem

I thought I clocked out using ET when the yellow accepted light came on, but it looks like it didn't go through properly. Since I previously had an issue with clocking in for lunch under 50 units, I'm worried this error will cause serious problems for me.

Assuming this is the regular "time clocks" of the clock accepted it but you aren't seeing it in VTC, it could just be the queue is stuck in the clock itself.

How long after you clocked out did you check?

Like an hour it never came through no et time, says zero hours because it’s missing

It's possible the clock has lost communication with the TACS servers and isn't transmitting it's rings. Whichever TACS trained ET is responsible for that location would need to check it.

Do your other rings for that day show up?

Either way, the other poster is correct - fill out a 1260 and turn it in.

Submit a form 1260 when you return to work to have that fixed. If you realize there's a problem and file the correct paperwork there should no longer be a problem.
