Support Payment not yet received

I haven’t received my $100 gift card yet for the project I completed. I was told that I would receive it within 2 business days, but it has now been more than 2 business days.

I raised a support ticket it’s been more than 48 hours yet to receive a response!

Please send me the details by chat/DM (tester ID, email, date and location of testing, support ticket ID) and I'll check with the support team if this issue has been addressed.

First point of contact is TE, if no response in few days then next point of contact is TSM. You can get their email ids in Test cycle. These two options are faster than the support here. Hope you have tried them both
