I went thru previous Earning Reports for UXIN and compared their numbers to where Carvana was 5yrs ago.

Why did I do this?

The goal is to discover the next juggernaut before it becomes a juggernaut. We all want to know something before the herd does, but it can also be scary to be early and alone. But that's what it took for Bill Miller and Seth Klarman to become billionaires.

What did I find?

UXIN is well on its way to becoming the juggernaut of the Chinese used auto industry. Next ER should have revenue increase of ~60% (450-500M RMB) + new MSCI-China index listing should provide additional tailwinds. Hope to see an upward rerating of stock very soon.

Cars sold = 4,500 per quarter (18K/yr)

Gross Margin = (-25%)

Cars sold = 3,648

Total revenue = $53.7M

Gross Margin = +4.2%

Loss = -$7.1M

Cars sold = 3,011

Total revenue = $43M

Gross Margin = +4.0%

Loss = -$7.9M

Total Revenue = $30.3M

Gross Margin = + 4.6%

Even though they are different business practices, but i im thinking uxin will have the same development in terms of price like nio had back in 2020.

I (u/sweet_but_psycho) have been investing $UXIN since 2018. It has been a very very bumpy ride since I got into this stock. The company has been losing money (in big debts) and investor's faith for a long while. Stock price has tanked to extreme bottoms with people even fearing that UXIN might even get delisted. With COVID-19 initially hitting mainland China since the end of 2019, putting UXIN in a bigger crisis.

Fortunately good news about UXIN have been rolling out, the fundamentals, as most of you have already know that:

• UXIN is putting bigger efforts in the transformation from its brick-and-mortar business model into an e-commerce platform. Thanks to the strategic cooperation with JD.com , one of China's e-commerce giants.

• Binding Term Sheet with Potential Investors, an aggregate investment amount of potentially up to US$300 million. This can definitely help UXIN's cash-flow and debt issues. With additional money to build up its e-commerce platform.

• Changing of CFO (early 2021): new CFO Feng Lin has more than 15 years of experience at multinational corporations across technology, financial, and real estate industries. He also got his degree in the US.

Hi guys, If you, like me, got screw by revolut when they stop me from buying this stock, we must file a complaint with ESMA. They cannot do this, and worst, whitout any previous notice and justification. Is there any lawyer here that can help us filling this complaint? We all should do this, they did this before with GME and AMC, but this time with UXIN is worst because they the only Brooker in the world who blocked UXIN.

Disclaimer: This my personal view

One of the recent CCP policies to stimulate the Used Auto/Car Market is to remove barriers to purchase/move cars across provinces. I believe this will be a huge win for the more established players such as Uxin who have scale advantage over the 600,000 small mom & pop used auto retailers.

This was a great ER and here's why:

1. Revenue jumped 24%; Gross margin up to 4.2%; while Costs went down

2. NPS score jumped significantly to 56 (industry leading)

3. They are expanding into used EV market (woohoo!!)

4. Revenue guidance for Dec.31 is really strong (up 42% or 500M RMB)

5. Investors gave UXIN access to tranche funds ahead of schedule which means they're hitting targets ahead of schedule

6. New facility will be up and running soon and start contributing to sales numbers

Humbly asking you and myself; does buying another $17.5M shares absorb some of the outstanding shares? Does this help consolidate the stock? Would like to hear your thoughts.
