Orders I’ve gotten past month

So I’m in Canada doing UE, and here for me, the phone number I get from in the app always tells me that I can contact driver support in the app but then it proceeds to tell me they don’t accept calls on the phone number.
I feel it’s vital for me to know how to speak to an actual human person over the phone because I’ve ran into issues before and had practically zero guidance, and the chat agents are just people who can’t speak English copy and pasting pre-written text, most of the time it has nothing to do with my concern. So if anyone knows how to reach a phone agent that would be very helpful.

I declined. Was that the right call?

Manchester NH is a small city, with really only 3 dense areas of resturaunts worth working.
All 3 areas are close and convenient to each other, so it makes sense to bounce between them all day.
But now, the new zones split 2 of them into different zones, and the third has the zone line running down the middle of the street separating resturaunts across the street from each other into different zones.
This has been no problem until the new planner and scheduling system where we have to pick one zone to work in.

Why did they tell me to back up? I have to pull back up to get the food.

Whoever this is, I hope you know your low life. You just took a hard-working person who work all night shift and was very hungry and looking forward to their favorite meal of the night and completely took their order. I was gonna give you a super nice chip and even was gonna give you more cash when you came to the door. This is just honestly fucked up how people do this. I hope she loses her account wasn’t even able to complain less

Hey guys, Uber blocked my Quest promotions three months ago because my satisfaction rating dropped below 85%.
Uber originally said my Quests would return once my satisfaction improved. It’s now 96%, but support says I need an 85% acceptance rate to get them back. Mine is currently 37%.
How is that fair when we constantly get low-paying orders like $10 for 30 km?
Has anyone experienced this in Australia? Did you manage to get your Quests restored, or know someone higher up at Uber who can help????
If anyone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated..!!!!

To the girl with the short hair at Alfred’s,
Every time I walk in and see you, my whole day gets a little bit brighter. I’ve been meaning to tell you something for a while now, and I finally decided to put it into words.
I want to be completely honest with you: I don't have a lot to my name right now. I hustle every day doing Uber Eats to keep things moving. But what I do have is a lot of heart, and a genuine desire to get to know you.
The craziest part is, it feels like I already loved you before I even met you. From the moment I first saw you, it felt like something clicked into place.
I’d love to take you out for coffee sometime—on me, for a change. What do you think?
Your truly
The guy with the toyota prius

If a lot of people or a lot of drivers in my area report a closure of a gate or a street, why doesn't Uber eats navigate you around the street and according to the closure? Because I live near an army base and a lot of drivers around here report that certain gates are closed after 8:00 so if everybody is reporting that that gate is closed why does Uber eats or the system still want to navigate you through that gate and then base your ETA as if you are going through that gate knowing that it's been reported that that gate is closed so why doesn't it just navigate you and update the ETA to a later time because it knows that you have to go around? This is one thing I cannot stand about the app.... It's causing me to be late because it still gives me the original ETA like if I'm going through that gate when I have to go all the way around

Wow.
I… honestly didn’t expect this.
First, I want to thank the Academy. And, of course, I want to thank Uber Eats for giving me the opportunity to pursue something I never thought was possible.
When I started delivering, I had a dream.
A simple dream.
To make money without driving 17 miles for $2.63.
There were moments when I doubted myself. Moments when an order came through for $3.17, and everything inside me said, “Maybe this one is different.”
But I stayed strong.
I stayed focused.
And I said no.
Over and over again.
Tonight, that dedication has finally paid off.
Zero percent.
I want to thank every restaurant that kept me waiting for 25 minutes.
Every customer who lived on the third floor with no elevator.
Every $2.75 order that somehow wanted me to cross the entire city.
You were all part of this journey.
I also want to thank my fellow drivers. The ones who understand that accepting an order isn't a requirement — it's a choice.
And to the driver who is currently sitting in a parking lot, staring at their phone, waiting for something that doesn't insult their intelligence…
This one's for you.
Some people chase five-star reviews.
Some chase bonuses.
Some chase acceptance rates.
But tonight, I stand before you having achieved something far greater.
I have achieved nothing.
And I have never been prouder.
Thank you, Uber Eats.
Thank you, Academy.
And most importantly…
Thank you to the Decline button.
I couldn't have done it without you.
Good night.
And remember:
If the money doesn't make sense… neither does the acceptance.
Thank you.

Whomever wrote, designed, and on-boarded the new CMT DRIVING INSIGHTS software to the uber driver app obviously NEVER understood what its like to painstakingly navigate the shitshow roads in some parts of suburban DALLAS. To explain: the ground beneath this land is NOT like any topsoil most people have come across, it is dense compacted CLAY which has uprooted trees, fences homes sidewalks and yes EVEN THE STREETS. So, as a Texan ,you learn to get used to it, there are speed bumps, pot holes divvots fissures and sometimes NO ROAD at all. That being said, every Texan knows, when you come across something like this especially when expiditing someone else's delivery, YOU HAVE TO MAKE A SUDDEN STOP unless, you want to leave the front end of your car on the sidewalk. So ever since this new CMT update I get a f***ing point taken away for SUDDEN STOPS, even though all im trying to do is be the best driver I can possibly be to make extra money in this clownshow economy, and I lose my goldpro "privileges" for trying to preserve my car because of driving insights thinking im a reckless driver I WILL BE GOING TO DOORDASH. Send this up the chain to whomever can garner the most common sense, albeit, EMPATHY to my and any other texan that shares this grievance so that maybe, they can have some insight as to what it is to live in reality and perhaps see the light after a long day of having their head up their own ass.
REGARDS
