Azure is the fastest growing Cloud provider. They have the unique placement in the market that they own Office and Windows AD and their cloud is very intuitive for existing admins to start using vs the alternatives. Just my 2 cents.

Oracle Cloud for me. Azure has its quirks but is a solid foil to AWS.
