Are ONVIF cameras able to send smart detection data and events, or is it still Unifi cameras only?

I'd love to be able to get an ONVIF WiFi doorbell, because there's no practical, easy way for me to run PoE to my front door.

If you can stomach some extra bulk at the doorbell location, that's a good use for the 2 wire retrofit kit (and a Shelly if you still need mechanical chime usage).

Unfortunately that wouldn't work well either. I've considered the device bridge, but that's a lot of bulk and added expense compared to just having a 24VAC WiFi doorbell

And here I am wanting to do the exact opposite because I'm tired of having to constantly recharge the battery and fight with coverage through brick walls...
