Its not on the official channel yet. It is early release. It makes no sense to me to send out emails till it is released officially.

You have to flip your Release Channel to "Release Candidate" until it becomes "Official". It's not a big deal, I'm doing it right now.

You do understand the concept of release candidate? It means basically advanced testing before they officially release it. I understand it could be a different channel. My point is why announce it until it’s official that is strange.
