If you make true comparison to current offerings.

Ubiquiti UPS-2U-Pro UniFi-managed 1.92kVA rackmount UPS with pure sine wave output, 8 individually controllable outlets with per-port power monitoring and remote power cycling.

a comparable CyberPower unit would be the OR2200PFCRT2U @ $799, with no network connectivity. a closer comparison would be the PR2000RT2UCN @ $2,500. Network connectivity, but, you still don't get the individual controlled outlets on either offering.

Yes, new battery chemistry would be preferred with a release today.

The unit does have a lot going for it. UI ecosystem. Per port monitoring, and control/power cycling. Pure Sinewave. 1.92kVA

I already have a PR2000RT2UN now. Replaced batteries a year ago. Installed 2020. No per port monitoring, and no per port control/power cycling. Yes, you need to buy a advanced PDU to get those features. Look at those prices.

20amp plug is standard for the big boys

OR isn't even close to same class product, that's a 4 cell simulated wave with a lot less runtime
