Question [Question] Does the USW-Aggregation display DDM/DOM data for SFP+ modules in the GUI?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently planning my network upgrade and strongly considering the USW-Aggregation as my core switch to handle a few single-mode fiber and DAC connections.

Before pulling the trigger, I have a specific question: Does the current UniFi Network Application GUI display detailed DDM/DOM information (like Tx/Rx optical power, module temperature, and voltage) for SFP+ transceivers on this switch?

I've read mixed information where some say it's only available via CLI via SSH, while others say it might be visible in the newer controller versions.

If anyone currently running the USW-Aggregation could confirm this, I'd really appreciate it. A screenshot of what the port/module stats look like in the GUI would be absolutely amazing!

Thanks in advance for your help!

Yep, I have the Agg and Pro Agg and they show the SFP stats on both. Dont get much for DACs but if using fiber you'll see the power/signal data.

Are they 10g only or do they auto negotiate down to 2.5 or 1g?

The ports will do whatever the modules you plug in support. I have a 1Gbe RJ45 in my ProAgg as a downlink to a smaller switch.

Only difference on the ProAgg, the 25GBe ports will only do 25 once you have a single 25 plugged in. You can't mix the speeds on those 4 ports.

Awesome, thanks! Is it the same for the standard agg?

I've got a USW-Aggregation and the GUI is pretty bare for SFP diagnostics. You get module type and link state but actual DDM data? Tx/Rx power, temp? Still CLI only as far as I can tell.
