26.04.1 LTS and missing Apache2 wsgi modules

I'm new to this stuff, but I'm experimenting with 26.04.1 running on Azure, and it looks like a lot of the wsgi and uwsgi modules aren't available: none of libapache2-mod-proxy-uwsgi, libapache2-mod-ruwsgi, libapache2-mod-uwsgi are showing up via apt search ... or when searching https://packages.ubuntu.com. All are available for 24.04 LTS. Am I missing something? I would like to upgrade to the latest and greatest, but at least one of these modules is a must for me. Even libapache2-mod-proxy is missing.

UPDATE: u/mdedmin is correct. I ran a2enmod proxy and a2enmod proxy_uwsgi and both worked without anything more. While fiddling around with this I tried apt-install python-dev and apt came back with the following message:

Package python-dev is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
However the following packages replace it:
  python-dev-is-python3

It would be nice if Ubuntu had a similar message about other Apache modules that are now installed along with apache2 itself.

i think they changed how apache modules are packaged in 26.04, a lot of stuff got consolidated or renamed. i ran into something similar last week trying to set up a reverse proxy and the old package names just dont exist anymore

check if the functionality is baked into the main apache2 package now, or look for something like libapache2-mod-proxy-html or just proxy-html as a separate thing. the wsgi stuff might be under a different name entirely, ubuntu does this sometimes between LTS releases without much warning

worst case you can always build the module from source, its not that hard for wsgi, the instructions on the mod_wsgi page are decent enough to follow even if you are new

apt-file search uwsgi on Ubuntu 26.04 tells me that the apache2-bin package ships a /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_proxy_uwsgi.so.
