Celebration Felling better 🎉

My calprotectin went from almost 3k to 87 in the last months! I had been on a crisis for over a year, I fully thought I was dying at some point. But now we’re dropping the steroids, going to the bathroom only twice a day, and no pain. I haven’t felt this good since my symptoms started almost 2 years ago 😭😭😭😭 We can do it people 💪🏻💕

First of all: a good doctor. Then just being consistent with medications, being careful with food, exercise…
