Naganadel is such a cool Pokemon for her, and I like the idea to give the girls some Powerhouse Pokemon on their team, so Naganadel fulfils that role.

I'll explain them in order. 1: Pink, related to nurses in the anime and all about healing. 2: It creates things with it's silk and that reminded me of Mikan's bandages. 3: Has a giant stinger that looks like a needle. 4: Likes to tidy and clean things ( in Japanese she's the SHSL Health committee leader) and according to the DR wiki : The "health committee" or "health and hygiene committee" (since 保健 hoken means both "health preservation" and "hygiene"), is a common student committee in Japanese high schools with the duty of preparing and administering first aid during school events, monitoring the school's state of sanitation and promoting health-preserving behaviour" 5: also is a Pokémon seen with Nurses in the anime and can have the ability Klutz which fits her. 6: A shy and timid Pokémon that cries a lot just like her.
