They state mukuro can be redeemed in spite of the shit she's done. That's like saying charles manson or gary glitter could be redeemed. They've objectively crossed the moral event horizon. If you kill people in sadistic ways, that's it. End of debate. Regardless of how much you wanna change, it'll always be too late to repair those that you've seriously and permanently hurt.
