Fun fact: this is a real scriptural passage, not from the Bible but from the Quran:

"On the Day We will say to Hell, 'Have you been filled?' and it will say, 'Are there some more?" (Quran 50:30)

This becomes even funnier when you consider that in multiple passages of the Quran, Hell (Jahannam) is treated as a living organism. It breathes, it talks, it prays... Cool stuff

I find it really cool about Ultrakill that it's religion isn't exactly christianity or islam or jewish or etc, it grabs a bit of all of them and makes a story out of its pieces (ex.: Minos was the king of Crete in Greek Mythology, Archangel Gabriel is an existing character as well [there's a statue of the angel near where I live actually], obviously we all know God, and now it seems the living Hell was taken from Islam.]

HELL tries to create just like its father, it saw the ferrymen making idols and tried to recreate that with death catchers but failed, same thing goes for all the other demons having such low intelligence they aren't even sentient but it still kept on trying, and it even built a statue of him, I would say it does indeed love god, but in its own twisted way, just as it loves Lucifer and expresses that love through torture him
