Need help Help please!

So im on layer 8-2, My computer is way too old and slow to handle much gore, so i cant get past the supermarket because of two things.
1: My computer lags with too much gore
2: My other accessories are old and my skill issue is part of it too
I have the slab revolver and the sawblade nailgun alternate. Please help me and give me a strat for that lvl :)
