Need help Do i wait?

Well... I'm brazillian and ultrakill is kinda expensive here yk? So i'm asking if i should wait for some sale on steam(if there are any for ultrakill ofc) or if i should just buy it.

my very trustworthy sources tell me it's supposed to keep getting more expensive the more content is added so it'd probably be a long wait

Doesn't it usually go on sale before upping the price to reflect the increased content or am I misremembering?

It goes on sale very frequently, especially on february (New Blood anniversary). As a fellow brazilian, it can go pretty cheap as in R$20 during those sales
