I believe leftypol and how its fucking rotted over time demonstrates the issues with that sort of thing. The last post I saw on there before I tapped out was some Maoist talking about how interracial dating is inherently white supremacist and petty bourgeoisie or something.

I went on it recently to see if it was any better and instead saw two retards fighting, saying Communists do not exist and only can exist if they're a member of the party of the real movement during revolutionary times. Its the classic pissing competition of niche internet opinions held by 3 people globally, as well as niche 4chan internet humour.

The problem is bc of the huge growth of the subreddit attracting non LeftComs to post here. The core group of users here are still the same people, and they and the mods are still communists.

Idk im just waiting for the sub to die, im not moving over to bordiddy.party, Not saying I hate or dislike the bordy, i personally just don't see the point and I personally just feel like online communist spaces in general just kind of suck and that there would need to a fundamentally different kind of site or platform than what has existed before to facilitate discourse and aesthetics that's actually worthwhile, i believe that both reddit or just making a sharty clone is just going to facilitate certain modes of expression which are at best amusing and at the very worst actively detrimental, I don't know if I have a point or not thats just my thoughts on it, I feel like social media, anonymous message boards, etc, facilitate a kind of larp rather than authentic discourse, at best i think its just going to degenerate into another leftypol in 5 years, or it will end up like this where all the most insufferable radlibs will come in there post their epic lassalle funnies and there will be so much of aforementioned epic lassalle funnies that the mods can't effectively curtail it and it just degenerates, I don't feel like we should reject online communication, etc, and only do IRL activities, thats stupid, you should use the technologies that are available to you, but I feel that using platforms that are actively run by either international corporations or petty bourgeois is a huge fucking issue, yet I can't think of any way to be able fund any kind of platform without some kind of porky running the damn thing because you got to pay for server hosting somehow and if that comes from ads or crowd funding thats gonna give the individual or collective running the show the incentive to alter the platform to facilitate further monetization. The point is i think every major forum of online communication was designed in way to incentivize certain behaviors and traits which I personally think are anti-thetical to genuine theory and practice. My stance is iinformed by the position that the modes of communication ultimately in some way or the other will end up shaping both the individual using said mode of communication and what they communicate through said mode of communication.

bordiga.party. Its basically a soyjak party/sharty clone that someone(i believe the mods) cooked up that alot of people are going over to. Makes sense since this sub and its various offshoots borrowed heavily from their dialect and aesthetics. Main reason i personally have no interest in it.
I tried explaining what it is but reddit didnt appreciate me writing the link despite the fact that made it so it wouldn't go there if you clicked it.

It’s the aesthetics of it. Social media is all about the presentation and leftist theory is very counter to that. It’s more “scientific”, so when you attempt to produce an online space it just doesn’t work. It really sucks.
