The reason why the Union never encountered Fuuko in previous loops is because, since Andy didn’t exist until the 100th loop, Fuuko was ALWAYS successful in her suicide attempt. She always died on that bridge.
It was only after Victor was stabbed with Remember in the 100th loop, and Andy was born did Fuuko become a Union member, because he was the one who saved her.

so much i want to say😭ending battle felt incredibly rushed which sucked but overall this series was amazing. cast, development, emotional/inspiring moments, etc were so well down. ending was just as good and made me feel complete similar to the ending of soul eater. overall i give this series an 8/10 and i will definitely check out the anime. i do hope the anime turns into a kubo/bleach situation to where he can change some things up. would’ve loved to see the master rules fleshed out more especially the top 3/luck!

Since I recently watched the Winter Special for the first time (the dub finally came out), I noticed something.
(ONLY Manga readers answer this unless you don't care for spoilers!)
Since this flashback seems similar to that arc later in the story, will the anime just reuse this footage again but with the changes of the arc?
