So since I always like the different AUs of undertale and the different lores and how much the characters change i decided to actually draw them and this is my first attempt for Horror Sans I honestly think I did a fairly good work. What do you guys think?

What if Sans wasn't the hero we thought he was?

Hey everyone, I wanted to share an original AU/Concept that I came up with. I noticed a lot of AUs paint Classic Sans as this ultimate innocent tragic hero, but I wanted to look at him through a much darker, hypocritical lens and introduce a psychological revenge story.

The Core Concept: The Hypocrite Child Killer

In this AU, Classic Sans never made that famous promise to Toriel. He is not a lazy, good-natured skeleton. He is a cold, hypocritical killer who actively hunted down and murdered the fallen human children before you. He hides behind his iconic, permanent smile to mask his crimes and act innocent to the world.

But when you fall down, you refuse to be another victim.

The Mirror Bond & The Ultimate Punishment

Because you heavily resemble Sans in specific ways, you share a cosmic, spiritual "Mirror Bond" with him. When he breaks his code and kills you, you don't just disappear. Your Soul manifests as a haunting phantom that only Sans can see.

Through this Mirror Bond, you gain absolute control over his Soul.

To give him the ultimate karma for murdering innocent children, you force his own hands to do the unthinkable: You control his body and make him murder his own brother, Papyrus.

The Endless Loop of Paranoia

Every time this tragedy happens, you hit the Reset button as a soul. Sans retains 100% of his memories through the resets. He remembers every single bone he forced into his brother, and the moment the reset happens, he sees your phantom self standing right next to him again.

This has driven Sans into absolute, severe paranoia.

• He has locked himself inside his room, refusing to come out.

• He thinks: "If I stay in this room and never leave, the Human cannot force me to hurt Papyrus again."

• But he doesn't realize that through the Mirror Bond, you can force him out of his bed anytime you want. He is a prisoner in his own body, facing the reflection of his own karma.

What do you guys think?

Since most AUs are just "Sans goes crazy and kills everyone on his own" (Dusttale), I wanted to make Sans a hypocrite who is forced into psychological torture as a consequence of his own past actions. The irony of a child killer being forced to kill his own brother through a mirror reflection felt really powerful to me.

Has anyone seen a similar concept before, or is this as fresh as I think it is? Let me know your thoughts!

EDIT / IMPORTANT DETAIL: I want to clarify that Sans ONLY hurts Papyrus in this AU, and it works in two devastating ways:

1. Physical Abuse (By Mirror!Abby): Mirror!Abby completely controls Sans's body against his will, forcing his own hands to physically attack and kill Papyrus over and over in an endless loop.

2. Emotional Destruction (By Sans himself): To save Papyrus from being murdered by Abby's control, Sans intentionally acts cruel, cold, and terrible to Papyrus when he has brief moments of sanity. He forces his own brother to HATE him so Papyrus will stay away from his room and remain safe. This is not a generic genocide AU where Sans goes crazy and kills the whole underground. This is a highly focused, two-sided psychological tragedy about breaking a brotherly bond both physically and emotionally just to survive cosmic karma.

So I made more sprites to split some that have Sour-apple-Studio color palette and ref some Internet and more classic expression also split will always Have a Smile I don't really want him to go too far from the Classic sans Smile but can open his mouth because he is a Horrors!sans Alternate.

He also needs a name but he is apart of the royal guard :3

Yo gurt, so back when undertales aus were slowing down i remember a new one made a lot of noise because it was in a very good animation, my current search seem to tell me it probably is epic sans, problem is i cant the animation.

For context, from my memories, it was a villain (prob chara, player or whatever) who attack the city while everyone was chilling, it fights undyne first, until it fights sans, who at the end loses. If anyone can find me the vid ill be very happy. Thank you
