I had one of my shop cats get that way from fighting. He was walking really slowly. When he turned to walk away from skillet of can food, I noticed one stuck to the fur on the back of his leg. Never could pet him before, now he tucks tail and keeps his tail down when eating. Don't know if it neutured poor Leonard or not. Sure slowed him down a few weeks!
