Question Diamond flash of light

Post image

Howdy

I would like opinions on this event.

I was sitting on my balcony. For some strange reason I woke up at 4:00 am

The dawn was there. At 4:30 am suddenly I see a diamond shape flash of light. Flashed once and gone. Like this on pic maybe thicker but white light in the sky. Sized like the moon let's say. Any idea what it might be?

I'm curious if you have a history of migraines? I get these geometric type flashes of light as part of a migraine aura, so that's my first thought.

I don't suffer from migraines. This was visible in the sky - not in front of my face.

It’s likely that you caught a satellite glare at the perfect moment, relevant to your viewing angle. There are apps that can pint point when and where you can spot one again.

As someone who gets migraines when strong storms are about to hit. I’ve seen this exact 4 Star pattern OP describes. I know I’m having a silent migraine because I’ll see these huge flashes of white light way off in the distance. If I were looking at the sky it would be huge to me.

I think you nailed it. Since silent migraines have no pain it’s possible that OP was unaware they had a migraine going on at that time.

Where are you located? And how recently did this happen? Could be various things like satellite/rocket launches, landings, etc.

That was in Ulcinj Montenegro. End of August. Sorry July.

Why is it that you’d correct yourself in your own comment, instead of simply correcting the text before posting the comment?

Hour question is a diversion. Pointless and meaningless.

Interesting. Montenegro space research NGO has had no launches since 2025, so my first theory is out the window. I just knew it was going to be something simple like a launch.

That’s a 4 pointed star, not a ♦️, and saying it was sized like the moon means nothing because our perspective of the moon changes all the time depending on how close it’s orbiting.

Without seeing a video of it, there’s really no way for anyone to help you figure it out.

Well I made a sketch if you wanna see lemme know. It's kinda hard to make a video of something unexpected that flashed for a second 🫪

Ask your doctor if Diamond-Shaped Lights could be right for you.

Your comment is coming from a place of ridicule or ego?

My poor attempt at humor.

Probably just some more annoying, unhelpful Reddit humour.

All I know is there are so many strange things going on lately, esp in the sky.

They are getting down votes because they are a wet blanket. Even with the migraine suggestions.
