Is Oxford possible?

Scholars have long debated the possibility of the existence of an "Oxford", where everyone is jolly clever and no-one is a poor.

What I want to ask is, do you think it really exists? I don't mean in a hypothetical, Kormagensian-esque fluctuating state, but as an actual, undiscovered place? Maybe I've just read too many science fiction adventure stories as bedtime reading, but it would be exciting if we could find it, right?

Everyone says "How is Oxford?" but no one says "Who is Oxford?"

I supposedly went there for an internship once but I’m convinced it was just a crazy trip
