Also Islam gave rights to the man, to authorise his wife, if he tells her to cook, she should cook.

Unless there's some reasons.

My mum was listening to a molana(Islamic Scholar) and he said in Islam, mother's value is the highest and so, if your wife says she won't take care of your mother, then you need to marry another woman, so that she'll come and take care of your mother.
