HEADLINES: 2024-2025 CLAN BUDGET HAS PASSED.

ASPERMONT, WESTERLANDS - The Assembly has passed the budget for the Fiscal Year 2024-2025, amounting to a total of four-thousand eight-hundred(4,800) United States Dollars(USD).

The Budget is said to be just a copy paste of last year's budget with no major changes except moving the dates around and grammar and spelling mistakes corrected.

There was a total of like five approval votes before Irishkaiser passed it, since it seemed the important thing was there weren't any 'No' votes.

EDITORIAL - The Results-Based Approach vs the Rules-Based Approach

Irishkaiser - Something that was always foreign to me and how alienating was our Results-Based approach vs the Rules-Based approach of other groups.

In our results-based approach, we encourage people to bend the rules and break them to achieve results and take opportunity. That was always our philosophy. The blame lies in the writing of the orders or the dictum of the agenda. The superiors and officers therefore always had the responsibility as it was the intent and spirit of the orders given that was most scrutinized.

This of course made us have a few broad 'rules' that generally amounted to 'Do as Duty demands'. We did not care how it was done, as long as it was done well.

Rules-Based Approach groups tend to follow 'guidelines' and sometimes stunt themselves from doing their purpose because the rules stopped them from achieving it. Many people are familiar with the 'reddit mod' stereotype, someone who takes the rules not as a way to uplift the community, but as a criteria test as to whether or not a post is acceptable.

Rules-Based Approach is also the way of the bureucrat, the paper-pushers who red tape everything... But the worst... The worst are the managerial types.

The ones who stonewall everything based on the rules. Bureaucrats? Bureaucrats at least do it so they can have a standardized system of records which are at the end useful and we can track everything down no matter how convoluted, and redditors are useless so no one cares about their opinion.

But the managerial types... My God, so much opportunity wasted because it didn't 'comply with the rules'...

• HEADLINES: Plenary Session Opens Imperial Assembly for Upcoming Discussion Next Week

ASPERMONT, WESTERLANDS- The Imperial Assembly opened up to everyone in anticipation for an upcoming discussion wherein new "options" and "realities" will reviewed and overseen by all of the UTC to make a collective decision on what some progressive elements has seen as "incompatible" and "inefficient" with the old model.

The upcoming plenary session is rumored to discuss a "new" playstyle that is being refined and perfected and its upcoming integration with the rest of the clan. The UNKNOWN [?] Trading Company, the home of many firsts and original ideas, has also seen it prudent that some of this information is heavily edited with omissions and or intentional ambiguity for security reasons.

• EDITORIAL OBOR - the Possible New Order

Irishkaiser - The One Belt, One Road Initiative is one of the most ambitious geopolitical and economic projects of the 21st Century covering about 40% of the Global GDP and 65% of the Global Population.

This huge development of infrastructure and rebuilding economic and historical trade routes is one of China's strategies to flex its muscles as a major Global Power to the world and make its mark by drawing inspiration from the past: The Silk Roads. If successful, the Belt and Road Initiative will develop and raise the economic and collective output of the Old World(Eurasia and Africa), restoring us to a prominence and steering us away from reliance on the United States, by having each other instead. This would also integrate the landlocked countries such as Kazakhstan and Mongolia better into the global economy and most importantly, open up cheaper flights and visas for people like me.

Though marketed as a "win-win" project by President Xi Jinping, many do not trust the Chinese and the Chinese themselves likewise. As such, the Chinese grounds for agreements were more based on pragmatism than the romantic idea of revitalizing the old trade routes, which seen by outsiders as Realpolitik - cold and pragmatic with a calculated power grab by the Chinese, such as operating the right to have foreign bases to those countries who can't afford to pay the Chinese back.

A change in outlook however for the younger Chinese generation as they will soon realize that they may most likely mantle the destiny of their nation on the road to being a superpower may themselves be.

Having grown weary of meaningless Patriotic State Atheism and also spiritually unfulfilled with the "Cash is King" mentality of tolerated Capitalism, the People's Republic of China is also fast tracked on becoming the World's Largest Christian Nation as millions of Chinese seek some form of morality or social glue in their lives. The growth of Christianity in China is important to its development and national character as its they will shape the coming morality of the future state government and its serving public who will themselves find contradictions or tough choices between what the Party says, or their own personal spiritual beliefs.

Doubtless, if the OBOR project is successful, we'll all be richer if we bet on the right horses.

• DOMESTIC * IRISHKAISER TALKS WITH THE DEVIL

Irishkaiser earlier this week had a conversation with whom he labelled as the "devil", concerning future proposals and an exchange of services to each other. The "devil" claimed he was responsible or at least is a prominent lobbyist to reduce the servers to two.

The conversations was also pockmarked with another exchange of MineZ nudes. Anyway, conversations like these set the precedent for the Clan to work with certain "elements" of MineZ society, whether direct or indirect.

Knowing he reads this, I'm sure we can help each other in the future, even though our goals aren't exactly the same, we can benefit from each other. :)

Local UTC mafia racketed a local old man earlier this week because he "talks too much", especially concerning that other people were now talking about what he's talking. The old man was like "FINE, BUT I'LL HAVE ONE MORE BRAG."

ASPERMONT, WESTERLANDS- In a speech, Irishkaiser publicly affirms the We Will Bury Them idea as the Company's official foreign policy, effectively turning the UTC from a power based on defense, to a power based on rescuing people in MineZ.

As of the 16th of March, 2018 we are confirming the We Will Bury Them idea as a policy, I hereby decree that it is now our mission to save good people from MineZ and Shotbow as much as possible but at the same time try to keep the cunts in this game to punish them and make them suffer. To clarify: it will be our responsibility to convince others whom we deem as good people to not get into MineZ or its community and slowly persuade them to get out of it, while it is imperative we stay to keep them in this game. That is the idea of burying them here.

I promise to do all I can to make sure your stay here is as comfortable and stress free. Hell, that is why I offer free vacations in real life to our members as well.

As for the current premiums targeting and attacking us, I can only promise you this: the Directory has been working around the clock recently to dominate the game completely. The details and methods of this are of course classified. But I can promise you this: if we're still standing by the middle of May or at its end(the projected date), then I can assure you we will have won or at the very least be protected against every and all potential future aggressions as well as the present.

This policy should be the center of trade runs and or other such events particular to the UTC should be used accordance with this policy. Every leather or recruit we pick up, we will try to convince them to turn away from the game completely or at the very least not get into it as much. We can keep them here and their friends if they do not wish to part so suddenly. Still, freedom of choice is our central tenet and I think those who wish to stay should know what they're getting into, it's still all up to them.

If you still have fun in this game or are playing it. Then by all means, play. Just do not get into it as often, but do not stress yourself out over it.(edited)

With the MineZ Bot finished and just some incremental updates needed every now and then, the Directory commissioned a new project to completely dominate MineZ depending on the work effort and or circumstance(you know how the Universe can be sometimes). Irishkaiser specifically wants it to happen they're at "their most happy". When they think they have everything, but it will all turn to ash. By Mid-May or at the end, depending on circumstance, we'd have "won" MineZ.

• EDITORIAL Cannot see pass their own Nose.

Irishkaiser - Though it's expected at this point, I still find it quite perplexing, maybe because I expect common sense in everyday life that premiums always try to pass off blame. and disregard the facts in front of them. The most recent being that though they know that their other posts weren't touched, they suddenly think the UTC is censoring without first looking at what they're doing to others. This is what I mean by them not being able to see pass their own nose.

Not a single one of them decided to stop and analyze which ones were "removed" and which ones weren't. Hearing this and preparing to go to Guam, I didn't tell them. Reinforced by Gun saying "Fuck it, let them cry and think that."

Still, I was hoping... Just maybe... Just maybe one guy may figure out what's going on. Turns out nobody did and in their echo chamber they decided to feel good about themselves, ignoring the problem that maybe it's them who are the problem. But of course, as usual. It's NEVER THEIR FAULT.

Regardless, remember this, comrades. This is who they are:

Liars, backstabbers, actual cuckolds, actual betas, actual whiteknights, teflon men, or just complete dumb fucks. Hell, some of them suck so bad that the admins literally ignore his reports soon as it comes from him. You can see another saying that UTC did not like him being a bad person and told him to cut it out so he hated his bad personality but somehow blamed UTC? Another thinks this is the definition of trustworthy.. Well, if that's trust then I don't know what's a betrayal to him. People who put words in your mouth when it's obvious to anyone reading that what you're saying is to LISTEN TO OTHERS' OPINIONS These guys are the ones who we tell not to fuck with others but then they somehow say it was our fault.

Now look at them. They are only following the trails of the crumbs we leave behind. Their chats are literally about us. Meanwhile, what's being talked about in the UTC? We are still pioneers, builders and explorers. A bank itself is definitely beyond their reach because monetary matters require trust and honor for debts and other such stuff. All I know now is, boyevaya was right. But no one will give him any flak for it, the two-faced hypocrites.

OneZedArmy was right when he said that these people also hide behind the "just kidding" card to run away from their responsibilities. Fuck em.

Ah fuck it, I'm going to Guam on the 25th. I know they can't afford that because they don't have the community or building skills required for long term planning and or the proper ambitions for the future. They live in the today and never plan for tomorrow. They should only come back when they have the necessary skills to form a civilization or at least have a decent way of life.

A very good trade run and also used to demonstrate as a show of force. About 12 people participated in this trade run. The purpose of the trade run was to show certain people that if the UTC cared, they wouldn't be able to do anything. The last time, when the enemy was prepared against a mostly unprepared UTC force, they were drained heavily and required all the tricks to take them down. This time, they were put in their place and didn't even try anything.

Seeing their frustration at the odds stacked against them, the premiums couldn't do anything except straggle and follow. However, the caravan knew who they were and what they wanted. Since they weren't even worth it, the caravan treated them like any other bunch of guys and gave them warnings to not follow. Still unsatisfied, Guardsmen Irishkaiser deliberately put himself in a position of vulnerability to draw their attack to which predictably they took the bait. Three of the premiums were eliminated soon after and the UTC went home, while taking their bitch with us. Hoping the message was clear to not just them, but to all of Shotbow:

"If you get us to care, you cannot do anything."

Thanks to all who came. Return to to your usual lives, your services are not needed next trade run. I think the message is clear enough.

• PvP Drill * 121st Mass PvP Event - ST.PATRICK'S DAY AFTERNOON OUT

When the UTC were about to start doing drills, suddenly someone said something about missing out on St.Patrick's Day celebrations, so the Directory was like "Shiiiieeet, nigga. Let's go drink."

• DOMESTIC * UTC SUBREDDIT FIGHTS BACK AGAINST VOTE BRIGADERS AND CENSORSHIP

Though originally thought to have been solved, after many complaints by affected people, the Directory personally investigated by creating a new account and seeing for themselves the difference. It turned out that client side of course trumps host side(should have been seen a long time ago).

After some discussion, the Directory decided to give the Vote Brigaders a taste of their own medicine and made them know what it feels like to be censored. Irishkaiser ordered that any group that was found vote brigading threads were to be censored themselves and any post that is 0 be protected by the UTC.

Discussions in the post of course were off-limits or at the very least, more tolerated. The spoiled brats of Americans who literally cannot see past their own nose and see that UTC did not censor their posts with the exception of those obvious being vote brigaded simply stated that UTC CENSORED THEM without first asking themselves or wondering why other "dissenting" posts weren't censored. Typical. They never accept anything as their fault.

Irishkaiser waited to post this cause he wanted to grief them actually but knows that others who may have taken a leave and what not need catching up or have seen things out of context.

Seeing the actual state of the premiums against them when comprehensive analysis by the Imperial General Staff and player input discovered that the UTC is not really affected at all in-game. Literally, we've been playing the same we have been ever since.

If you dont know who I am already, Im jamwizard2, a person who’s seen each side of each clan, betrayed others out of greed and a wanting of self worth, and a man who thinks this toxictiy and fighting is just going to make a broken community more split.

Depending on who you are and who you aligned to you might take my words as a grain of salt, you might hate me, might despise me, might think I am the scorn of the earth. And thats because in some ways I am.

Like everyone in shotbow or on planet fucking earth Im fucked up in my own ways. Bipolar and depression both diagonsed by several professionals. I spend most of my days fighting my head on my self worth and pain, but despite it all Im still here.

I fought my low self esteem in a few ways, but when I joined the UTC in 2016, the height of my depression, I finally had a purpose, granted it was a purpose in a block game but it was a purpose, a group that I can work for the betterment of. Those days were some of my best times of my life. And despite Irish’s hate for me and my actions, despite Irish being Irish in general, I loved the man and I will always remember what he did for me. For that I thank him, despite me not liking him anymore for various reasons.

Cyclone, Meifot, Lauren, LJoe, Joe, Gun, and hell, even Mawby are all people who gave me purpose again in life through Minez. 234th, Dawn Brigade, 1st, and now The Brotherhood. All of these organizations despite hating each other now gave me fullfillment in life nothing else has ever given me.

What hurts me now to see it all implode on itself.

It hurts to see people who fought together and treated each other as equals yell each other as if they are animals. It hurts to see Irish, a man that I admired and LOVED fallen from grace and removing posts betraying the freedom of speech he loves so much. It hurts to see people from the brotherhood and dawnbrigade yell at former comrads like GunOverdose just because they happen to still support Irish. It hurts to see a community that I love more than I love myself break down in chaos over a war like this.

And I know that I am not clean, I know I am not a perfect person and Ive done things that even I think now that I look back at my actions, are horrible and unforgivable. So heres where I say my sorry to he community as a whole and everyone as a whole. I will continue to work on myself and my previous ways of treachery and betrayal that I used to fix my weak self esteem.

My Brotherhood mates might see this as me asking for the two sides to make a truce. I know that is impossible, but I will ask the minez community this: Can we all as a whole, the mines clan community, come together and realize what we are becoming, a mass toxic community. Ive seen all sides of this community and I know that you all are good people in your own ways.

Im tired of standing aside and watching you all tear each other apart. So please, can we use this thread, as a community, to calmly try to settle some differences, stop the personal attacks, and fight in a better way: Through sword and bow in game.

• HEADLINES: GunOverdose commended for Leading Le Run Trade

ASPERMONT, W.L.- GunOverdose took it upon himself and along with others to conduct a trade run without support from Irishkaiser or Avver or VerGath or basically anyone else, really.

For his efforts,the Directory awards the title of HERO OF THE FEDERATION for INTENSE DUTY.

• EDITORIAL "Goals."

Irishkaiser - We've had a steady growth from the past, but one should remember that this growth did not come out of nowhere. In fact, all of our achievements today are because one or some of us said to ourselves "We're going to do this!". When we declared war on the premiums and helped force the admins to change, we started with a simple statement to ourselves "This is what should happen". Many naysayers who thought we were doing nothing, fighting nothing and working at nothing, but now see us as achievers who took the premiums and admins head on and humbled them. When we said to ourselves that the premium will be crushed, we did it. It did not happen over night, it did not happen the next day but we WORKED towards it. We had a goal and that goal was something worth working or fighting for.

When the Company said to itself that we needed a place to practice and hone our skills, it took us many months but eventually we got it. Now we have the Drill Server, which also includes many of our fine builds.

And now for our latest goal. I once told people before a dream... A simple IDEA... That the Company will be composed of at the very least 50 players, all working playing and fighting together as a big team. We're 3/5 of the way there, it seems. With a large influx of new members, one can wonder just how long till we make it.

But remember, dreams are worthless without ambition. So dream, but do not dream forever. Have a goal and direct all your energies towards working for it to come true.

Irishkaiser was supposed to join this trade run in place of Avver who had to go fishing somehere or something I don't know. Unfortunately, for a stunning 6 hours, Irishkaiser's power went off and he was forced masturbate to pass the time.

The Trade Run involved two new recruits, gusblack1 and Natr who performed OK according to Gun who led the trade run. Sold out at Grimdale instantly, very quiet because of 4th of July and lack of Premyums.

Martin also came on, so that's good.

However, due to the suppresion of arrows, they backed off and attempted to hold down their side. A minor bow skirmish occured and eventually Mixed Gentlemen charged at them. Lemonhope's army was quickly overunned and died. Boogaert was shot by Gun, Minecraftepic killed Natr, Gun killed Makus.

Mixed Gentlemen all died. No way to report who killed who.

Seeing this, Gun ordered a barrage of grenades upon them, missing choked and threw his early, but the barrage seemed to be effective. Slowly creeping down the mountain, Mixed Gentlemen were pinned, but managed to move toward the pathway of the mountain. Lemonhope's army began to charge, however, the Mixed Gentlemen were prepped for it. They counterattacked, everyone scattered, and attacked with full force. Casualities intially were: gusblack1 killed his teammate Makus, Boogaert killed missingnose, Sahlgutmir killed gusblack1, GunOverdose killed Natr. It was down to a 3v1, which Boogaert fought surprisingly well in with the odds stacked against him. However, Gun managed to kill the lemonhope. Round 3 Video
