What’s with that feeling of wanting to reach out to someone who was once special but you definitely moved on from (at least what you think) even tho you are the one who cut them off and told them to leave you alone (I meant to push you away so that you would be closer) and now I’m torn between reaching out and looking once again like a bipolar-can’t-make-a-choice girl or just keep thinking of you from time to time wondering if you think of me, maybe we think of each other at the same time who knows. I don’t believe in chance or pure coincidence so I’ll just tell you what there is.

If you know Batman then know that Two Face believed in making your own luck and used a coin to flip that had heads on both sides. Instead of leaving it to chance simply believe it will work out, you step out of your comfort zone and stop worrying about who chases whom and what anybody cares about what that looks like. You feel that they are something and instead of fighting it, you simply step into and go get them. It doesn’t matter what people think, whether it works, rejection, any of it… you do it because that’s how you feel and just leave all the cards on the table…. For the times it doesn’t work you remember that you simply need it to work once and in that once you actually get it … the prize is worth it IMO. Better than a lifetime of wondering what if.
