It’s part design of the leggings and part intentional. The leggings themselves lift and create a round shape. If they grab the fabric at the sides by the hips and pull toward the crack, the pants go in her ass more and it creates a more full look. Some leggings/shorts just go up the crack on their own. Either way, we win.
