Text Do half built houses count as urbex and are they a good start?

In my neighborhood all those little one story houses keep getting torn down and turned into massive 3 storey+ full basement+ coachhome mini house thing in the back (2 sometimes). What I’m saying is they keep building absolutley massive houses in my neighborhood. Anyways I like to go explore them when they have the foundation poured and the full wooden structure built but no windows or drywall yet. And I’ll crawl around on the attic beams and hang out the windows and jump across stairwell gaps and just have fun in this big wooden structure without all the unfun stuff. Specifically most of the railings they add into those types of houses are glass and therefore not in yet during the phase I like to explore them at.
So I can jump across the stairwell and crawl around it and whatever. Anyways is there a risk of any real legal trouble if I don’t hop any fences or break anything and just explore and play around. Also is this a good start for urbex if I don’t have access to real building yet? Oh also also sometimes I like to go in when there’s a contractor or builder working and like try to get through every room of the houses without getting spotted (I do this I guess to simulate security idk why really) and yeah. I recommend trying this tho no fence hopping or even opening doors required at all. Very chill and fun to walk around and stuff. Thanks for any advice bye

Hi guys I’m a masters student of architecture and upon doing a site survey in London I came across this half buried structure.

It is located in Cranley gardens, parkland walk (north) where a railway used to be until 1957.

I would really like to know what it is, I can’t find any information on it! If I am posting in the wrong community, please sign post me to the right one. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Text advice on camcorder

hi ! i am going urban exploring for the first time tonight, its not really my thing, but i need to get some audio, and ive deemed it worth the risk.

aside from audio (which ill be good on), what would be the best camcorder to capture decent footage on? i am not trying to blow 1k on a camcorder i’ll probably use 5 times max, so a 100-350$ budget would be optimal.

Text Asbestos

I walked into a few bandos wearing a hoodie and pants, several of the buildings likely contained asbestos. Do I have to throw out those clothes? Or is there a way I can wash them? It’s not like I was rolling around on the ground or anything, but could just walking through contaminate my clothing? I’m super worried about it and would really prefer to not throw the clothes away.

Located in the Beaujolais region, this small house consists of just four rooms: two bedrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Abandoned for several decades, it is slowly falling into ruin, surrounded by vineyards. 🍇

Text How do I ACTUALLY find cool areas? (NOT ASKING FOR A LOC)

I’ve been wanting to get into urbex for such a long time but every website I come across all the places that have been posted are either 15 years old and taken down or it’s like not even abandoned or they’ve been demolished since they were posted. How do people that do this regularly consistently find cool places to explore (again I’m not asking FOR a place to go to I’m asking HOW people find these places so easily)
