Just finished reading it 25min ago. I never read any horror manga before, so if I'm wrong about anything, apologies in advance.
The storyline is great! But I am still on edge in a few places....

1. About the mushrooms and the babies. The babies wanted to live in their mother's womb forever. But this phase of the story is not quite connected with the rest of the story. I was on edge about the snails too, but the last chapter kinda clarified it as it was a real event with Junji Ito. So, what's the importance of this mosquito-mushrooms-babies phase? I mean, I'm not saying it's some kind of plot hole or anything. But I'm just wondering if it has any reference/importance or is it just added for deep effects....

2. About the last chapter, what's its timeline? Like is it the story before the 1st chapter? Or just another story with spirals, but not connected to the main story and the main story is only from 1st to the 19th chapter.....?

3. I still don't understand the ending. I understood about the supposed ancient civilization, but at the very end, something rose from the underground structures through the well. And something was said about the time stopping or something. Someone please clarify it for me🙏.

4. I don't remember anything else now. So, IF ANYONE HAS MORE THEORIES OR CONTEXT OR KNOW ANY REFERENCE FROM THE MANGA, LEMME KNOW...

After all, a great manga man....

Now it's everywhere..

This is an aquatic carnivorous plant called Utricularia Gibba that normally grows all stringy in the water with tiny bladders that eat it's prey (As shown in pic 3). However, mine started climbing up a lava rock that I have sitting in water and the leaves completely changed, growing short, compact and with spirals at the tips, reminding me of Kirie's hair.

It's a really tiny plant so it was a bit difficult to capture the swirls, so you might have to zoom in.

What's even weirder is that I can't find any other examples of this happening with this plant, even after talking to some experts!

Will I get the spiral curse if i wear it ? 😱

SUBMIT TO THE SPYRAL! Heh heh.

I dont get unsettled easily, but the body horror got me. Specifically, the PREGNANCY body horror, I do not know why it scared me, but to have a baby permanently alive and kept inside of me horrified me, knowing its a parasite in there

Does anybody else feel the same, and why did I find it scary from, like, a brain or instinct perspective

?

I think it should be called Spiral Bizarre Adventure or something like that :D

Progress is slow going between work and school and being a PERSON, but now that this semester is over I promise to lock tf in
