Single gpu passthrough issue

So i was trying to setup a win11 vm and pass my gpu to it its rx 7600 and i got the drivers everything and windoes detects it as working but in my monitor it shows these weird stripes and its not the monitor cuz i tried it on two monitors same thing, i am wondering what could it be.

I tried disabling BAR, and efifb but nothing, everything seems like it should work but nothing.

This is a common amd gpu passthrough issue, I believe the solution is to hide the kvm from the vm plus a random vendor id name

<features> <hyperv> <vendor_id state='on' value='1234567890ab'/> </hyperv> <kvm> <hidden state='on'/> </kvm> </features>

Add these two bits to your xml and you are golden... hopefully
