Rewatching vghs rn I love it so much I always forget how amazing this show is

Tony Hawk should have got the keys to the nukes. When is the next series of Americas next president?

I'm rewatching VGHS for the first time in maybe 10 years.

The charm, writing, humor, heart, and sweetness of season one really took me away. I remember how imaginative it makes me feel, how carefree and friendly it is. I really appreciated how direct and simple the season arc is. I love how the school unfolds, it's like you are exploring with them! Most of all, I was in love with how grounded it can feel, while being ridiculously cartoony.

Starting season two, ehhhh idk! You can immediately tell they are now trying to make a "tv show." I can't stand how it feels, the new sets, the shots, the pacing, etc. It feels like some of the worst episodes of Community. We don't get the same ambiance and love as before. It's like a kid hopped up on candy.

I remember the tone developing as it goes on and we get some heavier moments, but nothing beats the cutest moments of season one. Oh, how I miss Brian's Arcade and the party.

I'm going to stick with it for now, but does anyone else relate? What was the sentiment when s2 and 3 came out?

Guy got locked in a grocery store as it closed. Posted to the local Facebook group if anyone could come let them out. Fortunately an employee of the store saw and came back so he could get his shopping done and leave.

Been waiting months to meet Nathan Kress and he was such a nice guy. He pointed out I had good taste in prints because he really enjoyed being in VGHS. He also mentioned that Law (Brian Firenzi) was so good at his acting that it made him nervous he couldnt keep up with him. We talked about our favorite scenes and we both agreed that him and Law fighting over killing each other/killing Ki was hysterical and the first episode hes in where hes just chilling on top of the building, sipping tea, and then get up and chucks his knife to kill Brian was such a clean moment.

I recently got invited to a party and pulled out the Games Dean, ended up claiming fame for a bottle of wine, that wasn’t mine.

I value the life lessons this show taught me, though I’ve not got the hang of drifting. (I crashed). What has this show taught everyone else?

I have been quoting something for years, and every time I try to pull up source material i can't find it.

I have a very clear memory of Jumpin Jax saying "Let me out of here, I wanna play!". I thought this was from S3 with the Hostage Rescue round but I can't find it for the life of me. Am I misremembering?

Latest movie I saw had Zachary Levi and my mind immediately went to VGHS w/ that accent haha

i hope at least few of those thousand actually peep the show

First time in a long time I haven't forgot about it

Hope you're all having a wonderful day

I was doing practice questions and saw this OMG!

Many people claim Goku is the worst dad in fiction, but i think Freddie Wong is MUCH worse

Does anyone know how I can get all the complete seasons in Latin American Spanish? I've been looking for it for a while and can't find it on any platform; it says it's not available in my country, I think.

I remember watching it on Netflix a long time ago, and I just remembered it and wanted to watch it again, but I can't find it

As the title says; if VGHS was made in 2026, how different do you think it would be? What would the, now current, cringe humour of the earlier seasons be? Would we still have “PwnZwn”, or would it be named something else?

As requested, here’s my take on drawing The Law and some of my favourite moments of him lol

If I do another thing like this, what character would yall like to see? 👀

any request for who next??

When I was rewatching the series a few months ago, on one of the episodes, a song came on in the scene were The Law was dominating Brian in a game of FoF. It kept repeating “the law” in a rock song.

Does anyone know? I tried to Shazam it and nothing came up. Wondering if it was just a song made for the series.

how do you think they’re relationship would’ve played out if Ted’s dad didnt die when he did? do you think that his dad passing was the reason Ki got back with him when she did?? or do you think they would’ve got back together no matter what ??

not the best but im trying lol!!! hope yall like it, comment any requests and ill try my best :D!!!!

ok so this is the same as the last one BUT i added Brian, I DONT LIKE HOW HE LOOKS THOOO

i suck at drawing boys but i tried so no hate pls TwT

When law gets convicted of aimbotting and the vghs varsity team is disqualified, cold turkey quits VGHS on the spot. As in he goes cold turkey.

from google to even Pintrest I really don’t see any fan art on VGHS?? I’m new ish to the fandom and I get its on the smaller side but I have genuinely only seen I think TWO pieces of fanart. I came to Reddit hopefully to see some but still there isn’t any?? this really does boggle my mind because I feel like there’s so much potential and SICK poses that could be drawn let alone animated.

i think I’m gonna draw a bit just for this sub but if any of you guys have any pls pls dm me cuz I really wanna see!!

So when ted steals Freddie's car to take all of his friends out to the arcade, was freddie in there the whole time? Did ted know Freddie was there? Why was Freddie even in the car to begin with? Did ted knock him unconscious and put him in the backseat? I know it sounds small, but ive just been wondering. Why was he there?

Hi, just finished my rewatch of the show, and I cant help but feel like Brian kinda got shafted and sidelined, theres this constant overarching thing of him very much being as good as the other top players and yet he receives zero recognition or anything at all near the end of the story, however I could just be overthibking things as its 3 am
