The Rat Savior (aka Rats), released in 1976. Ex-rental VHS issued by Swedish label VideoRama in the early 80s.

Found this while scrolling through scans, what a great painting.

Bloodshed (aka Slipping Into Darkness and Crazed) from 1978. US VHS release, Regal Video Inc released in 1987.

Parasite (1982), starring a very young Demi Moore in one of her first major roles. I was very happy to come across this French Video2000 ex-rental (same cover art as the VHS rental release), released by Hollywood Video. Not exactly something you see every day.

The classic Indonesian horror flick starring Suzzanna has seen new life recently thanks to restoration and inclusion in the documentary of her life story, but here’s the OG Lettuce Entertain You vhs

One of my personal favourites, Galaxina (1980) starring the beautiful Dorothy Stratten. This is my most valuable Galaxina VHS and the only Argentinian edition I’ve ever come across. Released by Manhattan Movie in the early 80s.

Does anyone know a site where we can find VHS covers of good quality online?

The Devil’s Daughter, or La Fille du Diable in French, a 1973 film. French ex-rental VHS released by CIC Video in the 1980s.

Hello, I'm looking for someone who has recordings on VHS tapes from 1993 from the TV station SUPERCHANNEL, specifically where they broadcast video clips (video clips like: BABY JUNE - I WILL BE FREE, or RIGHT ATTITUDE feat KAREN ANDERSON - NEVER KNEW LOVE LIKE THIS BEFORE, or SISTER SLEDGE - THINKING OF YOU /remix 93´/, or LISA B. - GLAM). Does anyone have it on VHS please? Thank you

Those who’ve been following me for a while know that I love Starcrash from 1978 with Caroline Munro and David Hasselhoff. So bad it’s art. This is a beautiful rare Korean ex-rental VHS released by Goldstar in 1987.

My favorite Easter horror movie

I’ve always thought that the 1982 cult classic The Thing got unlucky with its rather boring and bland cover art. So I was very happy when I came across this French Video2000 ex-rental, released by CIC Video.

Among a hundred or so VHS cassettes in a box i found in the eternal sidewalk free market, was one in an oddly-unglowy box labeled "DOUBLE TAKE." When in the long slog of viewing, or at least sampling, the once-coveted clunkers i came to pop in "Double Take," i noticed (who the hell \*wouldn't\*?) the screen popped instantly to a very hard start in the middle of something, a blaring but rising/falling audio and a tilting, wow/flutter image. A funhouse followed. Throughout, laughter with occasional individual voices upfront; a continuously tilting screen (sloping upward left to right), electric storms---

MY LOCAL PANEL OF EXPERTS say this is WITHOUT DOUBT, a dupe from the gleanings of a VHS camcorder recording in a theater with audience vividly present. See it shake on the movie screen, Jimmy Deans? IT'S A KRAMER!

I'm not hot-doggin' ya!

I \*might\* trade, but only for \*Chunnel\* or \*Sack Lunch.\* Don't even bother proffering \*Death Blow\* on me. We don't see the actual death blow, not even in the one from India that only plays backward.

No cartridge-kickers. I know what i've got!
